Having closed an oversubscribed private placement offering for aggregate gross proceeds of c.C$20m* on 2 October2025, the Group’s restrengthened balance sheet is now being directed principally to further advance exploration and development of the Anzá gold exploration project (‘Anzá’ or ‘theProject’), possibly including delivery of asecond drill rig, along with general working capital needs. With an increasingly high expectation that Pepas’ maiden MRE will define a shallow, low-cost highly economic orebody, Orosur now appears to be sufficiently funded to take the Prospect to the point of extraction followed by toll processing; in tandem it will also advance its evaluation of historic/future drilling on APTA’s hybrid mineral system possibly with a view to calculating a further maiden MRE in the coming year, while also planning further work programs on both Pepas North and El Cedro. Given its success to date, investors can be expected to remain supportive of the Board’s much larger mining ambitions both for Anzá and El Pantano (in Argentina), either of which might eventually dwarf findings at Pepas to date.

It’s also brief about El Cedro, could that demand its own RNS? Hopefully keep the news flowing.

Gold futures touched $4000 last night.

The annza update with a forward moving plan and then an interview will surely come in the next couple of days.

I agree, it bodes well if we are finishing 5% up when there sells of that sort of size.

Like you say once the warrants and placing stock has been sold then this will absolutely fly.

I’ve seen it move up 10% on a few hundred K volume recently c once news starts dropping and we’re back upto the 5m-10m day volume then…..

A decent day on TSX with average volume, finish blue so that’ll do. Gold closed over $3960, another push over 1% and it’s $4000. It looks likely to come this week.

Rob who post's here fairly frequently is from North Sheffield I believe. He'll be loving the gold price action, he's called it bang on, I didn't think it would move as fast as it is doing. $2k gold doesn't seem like two minutes ago. It's edging back towards record highs as i write this.

I'd say about 5% of Orosur stock is possibly in Yorkshire man's hands. Renown tight fisted hands.

Maybe some large sell's being worked? No other real explanation really.

Gold absolutely motoring. I wouldn't be surprised to see the gold futures at $4000 tomorrow after the Asian market has had it's way with it.

What i want to see Brad do is start dropping Au equivalents like the majority of Canadian companies. Get those already ridiculous grades bumped up.

Nap, they'll be plenty of those flying about very soon and rockets. But unfortunately they'll coincide with the tears of 'investors' who missed the boat and they'll call us sat on life changing profits rampers. When it hits £1 a share ill gladly have ramper tattooed on me.

Yeaah, Brad made up the high grade at surface deposit. It's all fabricated. Even Eric Sprott has fallen for it...

Johnbriggs, How would you go about it then? The placing has only just closed, they'll be working on the best, most efficient to move forward. What would you prefer them to do, just go gung ho firing drill holes here there and everywhere? We've seen Brad ten fold the share price on a small budget, with less than a third of the money they've just raised. I trust him to use the funds sufficiently.

Who was it on here who was saying how terrible an investment OMI was and they had much better plays:

All of which, except OMI are currently peaking at highs. OMI is obviously around 20% down from it's recent highs due to the placing.

At it highs it's almost 160% up.

To say he was posting here day in day out, he maybe should just acknowledge he should have invested here. And actually earn some real, filthy money.

I'll revisit them at year end, see which is performing best. Their lack of posting now speaks volumes.
