This is a mining EXPLORATION company, I take it you are unaware of that.
They rarely ever generate cash flow, nor do they intend to. Orosur are looking extremely successful currently. They’ve just concluded there largest raise ever, which was double the previous price they raised at. They have proven project(s) everything is going great. A huge factor now is they have funds to last 12-18months.
If you judge the market cap increase in what they’ve achieved in just he last 12 months then it has gone from £4m to £100m. Thats 25x on what, sub £5m spend.
Thats drilling one prospect of a huge project, with a small team with one rig.
No one on this planet can dispute how well they’ve done. I reckon you’d be struggling to find any other exploration anywhere on this planet that has added more to the market cap with metres drilled than Orosur and that includes Collective Mining.
It gets even better, they have more already proven areas attack ready. Apta to start, with is already estimated at 1-2m oz, high grade, infact higher Au equiv grade than Pepas.
Then there’s El Cedro, El Pantano… yada yada.
If there’s any exploration company to aim to be then it’s our regional neighbours Collective. Previously known as continental gold, they find a project as they did with Buritica, they explore and they sell. They succeeded there with our nearby Anza neighbour Buritica, drilling for a few years and selling for $1.4billion. With zero cashflow in that time, solely equity financing.
They’re now on with there next project, Guayabales, again a regional neighbour to Anza which after only a couple of years of drilling they’ve managed to achieve a £900m market cap. Zero cashflow. Again solely equity financing.
They are the kings of exploration and they have achieved that title solely in the Antioquia region of Colombia.
That is successful mining EXPLORATION.
