‘ El Pantano is not the Cotswalds. It is arid at the best of times, but the eruption of Mt Hudson in 1991 pretty much destroyed any agriculture that existed. So mining is it.

And then to cap it off, there is a decent processing plant 60km away at Anglo Gold's, 300,000 Oz pa capacity Cerro Vanguardia operation. A touch more than the 45km from Havieron to Telfer, but not so much as to be material.

This is all getting well ahead, but explains the rationale of why we went there. Great geology, amazing deal, good permitting regime, no competing land uses, and existing processing infrastructure. We were not just throwing darts at a board and hoping for the best.’
An intriguing X post for sure!
There’s nothing like only posting a small part of the tweet.
Interesting that Brad is already talking about distances to processing plants, great geology and ‘not throwing darts and hoping for the best’.
Great post from Vick22, who has been posting here since 2p, has seen it rise to 29p and is yet to say one positive thing about Orosur. Talk about wearing blinkers!
Better volumes and a good rise on TSX yesterday and nice to actually see some decent size trades. An excellent start to the week.
