Any JV will be on there terms, they'll be many suitors and offers on the table in this bull market.

I wouldn't rule out the MRE dropping next week at $5k+ it's only a mere 2-3% away. The figures and calculations are going to be eye watering.

Throw in some assays from El Pantano and Pepas North both within a week or two and it could get silly here very quick. They'll be eager, 'nefarious' eyes watching after the consistent world class intercepts Orosur produced last year.

The majors and even mids cash balances are going to be booming, plenty of that will move into there exploration budgets. More than we've ever seen. I hope it's JV(s) we see here and not a buy out / assett sale prematurely.

I regards to El Cedro, like Pepas, there is the old artisinal tunnels there. Which means at some point gold has been mined.

Therefore you'd expect the certainly find high grade areas there. The Pepas tunnel sampling peaked at 95g/t? I believe it was.

Those old artisinal tunnels are usually good pointers. It doesn't necessarily mean its a deposit or viable mine but its a start.

Who was it who said that if anything, the predicted amount for Pepas will be conservative due to how Brad is and his ways.

PEP022 - 76.3m @ 7.24g/t Au (from surface) 552g/m

o PEP021 - 107.05 @ 6.22 g/t Au (from surface) 665g/m

Both likely in the top 30 gold intercepts of 2025, but both being from surface..
