Following completion of hole MAP-105, that rig has now been mobilised to the NE of the project area and has commenced work at the Pepas prospect.

'Preparations for drilling at Pepas had been underway for some time, with all necessary permitting processes having commenced some months ago. The area is rugged and has required a substantial degree of preparation for access including a minor degree of helicopter support to move the rig into the vicinity of the Pepas target, after which it can then be moved by hand.'

They required a helicopter to move the rig from Apta to Pepas. Fact.

A gold anomaly measuring > 1 km2 is present and associated with the northern edges of the intrusions. Porphyries and vein targets have been identified.

Although the south of Anza should be next on the agenda, dependent on how large Pepas proves to be. That fact that they are talking of a extension or separate entity northward of the current ore body, could mean they'll be getting stuck into Pepas for a long while.

Early indications are this is a “pull-apart basin” style gold deposit.

In the Andes there is a pretty famous pull-apart basin style gold mine. It’s called Futa Del Norte. Bought for $1.2 billion in 2008. When gold prices were just $800.

Fruta Del Norte is now one of the lowest cost, highest grade tier one gold mines in the world.

At Fruta Del Norte there was one main fault that all of the mineralization hung off of. However there was 3-4 other faults that fractured the deposit into three or four distinct zones that were all closely held together by the faults and changing rock formations.

It is unlikely management knows if the faults they have so far are the anchor, or the net. More drilling and surface mapping will define this.

But given the extremely bullish comments related to areas north of the deposit. I would say this perfect upsideown triangle of mineralization is just the start and yes, it appears to be open at both ends. But even if that fault to the west wraps around and closes it off. Thats what happened at Fruta Del Norte as well. However the mineralization ran for another 2km’s to the opposite direction and eventually widened from 80m across to 200m+ across and hosting 10moz+ in gold that is still growing today.

It is my assumption that management has put limited geological data out to this point because for them to make comparisons to Fruta Del Norte, they will want to be extremely sure of themselves to make such a bold statement.

If a Fruta Del Norte was discovered in this year. It would easily be worth $2.5B+ today.

Anyone who dares to show any sign of positivity here is shot down immediately, that's what happens when your life is that negative you have a negative outlook on everything.
