How many businesses have not done their homework and have no plan whatsoever. So called educated people that make basic schoolboy errors. Very large companys could not see why their business was a failure until they got a Japanese consultancy firm in. One example I can think of is Porsche. Back in the 80's they were in trouble and got the Japs in. When they visited the factory they said where is the factory? The place was full with boxes of components. Now everyone adopts just in time with stock.

Thats the problem isn't it? So all hope rests on the weald and thats not plain sailing either.

This will cost a great deal of money to carry out the proving of the raw materials. Where will the funding come from? This all sounds like it will take years to do. What is needed is an income from something.

Has Alba got a business model for Greenland or are they just winging it?

I'm pleased to say I only have 1.5 mil. Over 10 at one point but I can now see this has more chance of going under than being a sucess.

I managed to reduce my holdings by selling at 20p. Will sleep better now.
