He was invested around the 6/7p mark and sold at a massive loss. He is very bitter and spiteful so spends every minute of his life trashing this share. I partly agree with what you have said Bottmzup. I have bought, rented out and sold properties for over 30 years and in my experience the housing market, for me, is more stable. Obviously, choosing tenants, property location and doing your homework on future developments is paramount.
However, if you are as experienced in investing as you are shares are definitely more profitable. I believe everyone has a different view and both areas have their own downfalls.
I’m willing to learn so will be looking at your posts with interest… GL…
