Hi poorinvester, I am trying to look at this at all angles mate so don’t think I’m being negative in anyway.

Reference the marketing campaign.. They have just released an RNS which I believe to be the worst since I’ve been invested. I will explain why buddy.

They told us that they have delivered 45000 masks in relation to a 250000 mask contract… the contract was negotiated over 4 months ago, so they’ve had ample time to fulfil their obligation. No other details were attached to that statement.
What does that tell us? That is telling shareholders, future investors and potential buyers that we can’t fulfil any future orders of any large numbers….
Therefore, why would we go all out with a marketing campaign to advertise our masks that we can’t deliver? It dosent add up mate. They need to tell us why the India order wasn’t completed on time, we can speculate but we don’t know.

I emailed Magnesium a while ago with reference to the NHS and had no reply so don’t know…

Agreed Rick... The last rise was down to there being a new variant and all sentiment driven. Did they have to release that RNS? No, they hadnt updated us in months...They knew what that RNS would do but proceeded to release it changing the sentiment and driving the SP into the floor.
When you invest its on facts from RNS's and we have invested on what their RNS's have said. They have told bare face lies and as a result we are all suffering... All the best mate..

I’m not expecting much mate, shareholders have been let down far too much and there’s nothing to say it’s going to change. I have Widglide filtered so can’t see his posts.

Don’t get me wrong, I hope news does follow… nevertheless I don’t think they have anything to add so soon…

Morning Poorinvester and Sharkie, I hope I am wrong fellas....At the moment my confidence in anything positive happening is rock bottom... The last RNS is full of ifs and whens.....dont believe a word of it to be fair...

Unfortunately, no more RNS's this year....... it took 3 months to come up with the last one.... and we know what that did...

Afternoon poorinvester, I wasnt going to comment today but i agree with everything you say mate.

I am a little annoyed at the timing of the RNS and the complete lack of detail. Most of the information in the RNS could have been released weeks if not months ago. Why release an RNS when sentiment had just changed in our favour with information about 45000 masks to India....That has buried the SP as no one believes we can fulfil any mask contracts......Now that information could have been released long ago...There is no detail stating why the 250000 masks were delivered, there is no detail on Volz in relation to masks, nothing on the filters either, in fact there is no detail on anything.....
The more i think about the timing and content of that RNS the more i think it was intentional to drive the SP into the floor. The BOD's have no regard for shareholders and shareholders have no confidence in the BOD's, hence the SP....

Unfortunately, we are going to be waiting a while before another update so its time to move my energy elsewhere.... Have fun and good luck to you all...even the trolls and doomsters....

Every finer detail was covered when the BODs wanted shareholders to vote for them…it all seems intentional and that’s the frustration for me… GL mate

Agree again Jamboy… it’s frustrating and annoying but after today you can’t blame shareholders for being pi55ed off mate… all the best and hopefully something good will happen and soon….

I honestly thought we had a chance with recent events, nevertheless, if we can’t supply 250000 masks how are we supposed to supply another contract. The BODs should explain why there has only been 45000 masks supplied… Shareholders were told that Volz would meet any contract requirement’s. Is that still the case? Did the contract only stipulate 45000 ago start with…these details should be passed on to shareholders…

I agree with you Jamboy, however, I am being as positive as I can be… if, and as you say a big if…if they are doing tests these are the sort of details that we’d expect in todays update. We have no finer detail and the masks to India were 45000 and not 250000, hence the drop today. Shareholder confidence in the BODs is rock bottom and rightly so…. I will pray for a miracle or some sort of magic act in the next few months….

My only worry Jamboy is the lack of communication and how long shareholders have waited for todays update. What is more, there wasn’t a lot of detail in the RNS especially after 3 months. I would have expected a more lengthy and detailed update, it’s like it was put together quite quickly. Anyway, hopefully shareholders won’t be waiting another 3 months for the next update.

I believe there are events to unfold in the near future. We are at the first stages of a new variant and we dont know how it will evolve. Admittedly, this share is balanced on a knife edge and there could be positive or negative happenings at anytime. It would be harsh of me to decide to sell my holding when no one knows what is about to happen, near term..... I agree its very disappointing and i wanted to hear something different....

Nevertheless, i am confident that we are on safer ground now with the CEO in charge.. I wouldnt advise anyone to buy or sell as everyone has different financial standings. Let the dust settle and decide what is best for you and your money.... Reading this BB today is going to cloud your judgement and you could lose a lot of money being disappointed...GL and we look forward...
