NFF, is absolutely spot on here. We have the 5th production run trial.... (pity we weren't kept updated on the other trials)... The environmental fate report and then REACH UK Registration...If we go by what has been said on the 4th July this should have been completed or very close. Once these boxes are ticked Volz use our Tech and we get cash in the bank..... Then other agreements, which are being negotiated can be finalised and be confirmed.... Until any news of the above we will see the SP slowly decline.. Its over to you BoDs...

Spot on TheSyrup....lets hope they dont go silent on us again.... I would have preferred directors buying more so communication would be in their interest...However, they didnt buy big enough so we shall see...GL

I expect Mr Duffin will feel uncomfortable explaining his poor performance and lack of communication. I hope after todays AGM there is a renewed relationship with shareholders, lets not forget the SP was 1.25p when he took over... The future is looking bright but he needs to deliver results before the cash runs out... GLA....

I believe that we are close to getting confirmation/update on the 5th trial production run, environmental fate report and REACH UK registration. This opens up endless opportunities with other companies and allows Volz to use NNN tech on their products. It would be manic if that update was released on Monday.....Good luck to all holders....

From the 4th July RNS:

A fifth trial production run is due to take place in the coming weeks and the Board is now confident to apply for REACH UK registration (UK Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals) with the HSE which will allow the Company to produce up to 60 tonnes of copper (ii) oxide nano material per year. The Company has already been granted the ability to produce more copper (ii) oxide nano material than is forecast to be required for the targeted HVAC market under a PPORD licence (Production and Process Orientated Research and Development) and the final environmental fate report will be created after the forthcoming trial which will allow the REACH UK registration to be progressed. This will then open the market for the Company, allowing Volz to apply the technology to all of its products which is expected to lead to wider industry adoption of the technology. Expressions of interest are already coming from the market and an exciting pipeline is being established.

Another good post TheSyrup…a brief skim read on the REACH UK website tells me that it wouldn’t take too long… well that’s if you have all the relevant documentation, dossier etc prepared… a company laden with academic types you would hope this is ready to go… have a nice weekend mate…

UnitedGuy, my advice to you is stop the deramping and digging the knife into those holders underwater … you got that caught up in your nastiness you missed a great opportunity to make up your losses. Show some dignity! If you are underwater and have lost hope just keep the negativity to yourself… it’s a nicer BB when you are not posting… ATB and deal with your deep rooted jealousy issues.. no pun intended turnip..

Any positive update will do for the moment to be honest... we have had enough of "we are talking to large companies" etc....

It would be nice to see an RNS to move the SP into territory where LTH's breakeven or even gain profit.... lets see what happens...GLA...

It maybe possible that they have completed the 5th Trial and gained REACH Registration....I would like an update on the new website or even VOLZ rolling out our tech...who knows, its coming though thats for sure...
