Yep, it’s definitely going sideways at the moment…

I expect that investors are taking a punt on something happening short term as per RNS. I said before that any smidge of news and this will bag in an instant. Nevertheless, the questions and doubts are still there, that’s for sure. Can Duffin be trusted and can he for the first time in 18 months deliver.

Will the Filtech Ex bring something? Will the Volz JV spark into life? Where’s the handful of agreements? Is there anything from the advanced discussions pre Christmas? Or is it all a big bag of shyte? Roll the dice and pick a number…

I know there’s been a massive amount of negativity recently, rightfully so. Nevertheless, we all know if there is a smidge of news this will bag instantly. That’s not ramping that’s just what will happen…

Then the next concern is if he dosent release anything positive in the next 6 weeks where’s the money coming from… Another sell off for peanuts as the Lanstead agreement won’t even pay his salary by then… it’s a mess.

UG, I honestly thought (as bad as it was) that the Lanstead agreement would have NNN ticking over for at least the next 12 months. Duffin said the agreement was to secure finances going forward. Therefore, I was stunned when he released news on a placing merely 5 months after said agreement.

Where has he spent 8M? I honestly don’t have an answer or could even speculate. It’s like he’s giving it away… on current form 400k isn’t even 2 months worth…

I would like to be more positive but Duffin has gave away nearly 30% of the company on the cheap, burnt through 8M, made 10k in revenue, alienated his shareholders, eroded any relations with Lanstead and succeeded in absolutely nothing… all in 18 months for 16k a month… now forgive me if I don’t believe a word he says…

Duffin has backed himself into a corner with only one exit. To be honest Lanstead won’t have made that much taking into consideration the SP has dropped for the last 5 months. As a result, they’ve told Duffin to do one when he’s went back for more funding. Duffin has now looked elsewhere for funding which has crashed the SP, battered the Lanstead instalments and caused more resentment.
The only way for him to regain anything from this situation is to get something positive happening. Otherwise this shop will be shut in a few months as where’s the money coming from…

You are spot on ExMS… I took a little step back end of November and as soon as I twigged Lanstead we’re selling mid Dec it all fell into place. It’s been an absolute catastrophe from the off….Duffin’s played a blinder…

Hi UG, the cash burn is horrendous and has caused the fundraising/SP spiral... He wrote off 500K worth of masks to charity then does a fundraiser for 400K... come on...
