Hi Larry, could be here ages, thats suspended, may all come to nothing in the end aswell. I take this suspension on less than 20mill traded and a 25% rise as the work of the MMs and maybe not a leak, I guess that coincided with talks on an RTO and forced AR to suspend the trading of vialogy. Maybe not, All imo but I wonder at what stage RTO really is at, and could be an equityTO of vialogy by a private co. If its positive news a superspike could be he OTW. Good weekend all.

Cant see this a loser, but wierd things happen, If news is good then a little aim rise is possible.

I think from memory of takeover offers in the LSE, a rise over 25% in a day if in takeover talks a company must declare negative or suspend dealings. Not sure so please correct me. Anyhow its in interest of BOD to get this over .50p for 30 days running ASAP if they want those options, ok they have time to do it but sooner is always better.

This could be closed and suspended for a long time, dont think news will be here in the morning. I actually think the suspention was triggered by a 25% rise in the sp, i think the market makers caused this by movng the bid up like they moved it down. The volume is low, i think this suspention is automatic and forced, so I think i will be frozen for a while. All IMO but its potentially now extremely volatile, this is why im in!

Just letting this one sit quietly, absolutly no idea whats going on here, I do feel that we could be on a racehorse here but we have no idea when the door will open. I was having a really good look at this share, great chart performance over the past recent weeks, many things ,look sreally good, new plans and outlook, that is until I look at net dept, and thats big.

Seems to be strongly northbound, so thats good, but after an hour of searching the results and statements I find the CEo is slightly positive going into the final weeks of 2013 but that aside, can not find any reason for the up movement of the SP. Any other ideas why anyone?

No that EMS is 4000, 500quid - silly mistake.

Personally I never pay attention to the NAV, the AIM is full of potential and low SPs to NAVs, im interested in NET DEPT, profit and market size, and I hate reading company accounts, and these guys have a complicated one and thats wasted on me as it takes me ages. EMS is very good, presently about 1500quid, Who has found that net dept figure? If so can you post the link here? Cheers

Interesting company, good cash in the bank, low net dept, market cap is not silly, good spread, nasty little RNS a week back to seriously spook a few, but is it worth getting in? I dont wont to catch a falling knife, but its interesting.

Im trying very hard to find the company net dept in the end of year accounts but its not there, does anyone know where its been hidden. (I dont trust the CSR fundamentals page on LSE) As I cant find it, see it, unearth it or hear it it could be they have none! Please help and advise me please.

Impressive product photos, I can see that the upside here can be quite good in the medium term, if this gets down a bit and my other investments allow then shortly I will be in.
