Great to see another poster!! Im shocked, welcome to lively board. OK CWE holding by REH is 5.9%, second the company dept I can assure you is just under 5.5 million, that I have confirmed from a source inside REH and that 5.9 % is solid locked into the loan facility as security against the dept, so cant be sold. I also cant agree that the value is not as stated as its an asset and most likely will be sold to another company such as an Istitution who needs a renewable pilar in any portfolio.
So for me the value is the market value, 3.58million GBP of CWE shares.
I will also add the other 2 projects are now worth less than 2 million if leveraged against the dept, so for me that makes REH a shining binery play with a huge multiplier in CWE simmering away.
Just to add, as a failed business a very small cashshell will also be worth around the same value as todays market cap.
I call it a classic case of wait and see but my track record normally calls it quite well (XTR excluded)
