ER Movement, or lack of11 Nov 2015 11:56
I know nothing of timeframes for movement and operations required to abandon a well, but the release of the RNS was done with them having significant time/knowledge to put in place the required operations to abandon the well and then move on. ER still being there offers no value to the project if there is no viable oil/gas there?
The RNS stated "encountered non-commercial quantities of crude oil and natural gas", this must be based on current POO as there is a product down there, we just don't know the composition. The longer this thing stays there the more questions are being asked as to why.
To my mind there is either a game of smoke and mirrors going on regarding the actual find, mechanical breakdown significant enough to prevent the ship from moving or contractual issues.
Whatever it is does nothing to support the SP.
