I believe they will have to QT if they wish to put it forward in a resolution for the AGM Notifications for this will have to be out by 11th June and having stated they expect the farm out deal to be finalised early June I can only see this being the reason for the delay in the AGM which I suggested my turn out to be the case early last week. Hopefully they will also be able to tie up some other loose ends in the meanwhile. As mentioned by someone earlier I would much prefer to be attending a party rather than a bloodbath :0))

Hi Pete have had a study and emailed you my findings with something else for you to look at. With regards to the figures because of the circumstances of the receivables and liabilities being tied together I have to agree with you on the amount that could realistically be seen as liquid. I think the $6m would still have been enough to make a start on the drill but without guaranteed future cash flow (ie KW) it would probably be unwise for them to do so. I think the accounts have given me a clearer picture as to why the farm out is required but I am still looking for full value and will not be accepting any low ball offers

mj I'll not argue with you in terms of the sp but I think the band wagon to rip the bod to pieces is over the top. It's my guess Pete that TPDC wouldn't sign off a lowering of the inlet pressure and that test modelling showed that they couldn't guarantee the compression would achieve the inlet pressure required. Imo it would be no good just reaching it, they would have to supercede it! Like a say just a guess but I hope to find out.

Not so fast Dunder. At the eoy we had circa $9m which was more than enough to get NT3 underway with Solos share to be added to that. The unforseen complete stop on KW is where the doubters got lucky. It had been flagged as an issue but it got worse over time and everyone including all of these doubters and complainers expected it to be resolved! Hell, that is why they are complaining now. However they didn't have clue a year ago it would end up the way it has, neither did the bod and neither did you or I, so don't expect people to grovel apologies when the money was there as was forcasted.

Pete they really couldn't have thought KW would turn out to be such a problem at the time or surely they wouldn't have been in such a rush to pay off the loan? Doing so knowing funds are drying up would be silly imo besides the big drop off appears to be in the second half as the figures show and that was after the loan was paid. No, I think they were caught out by the severity of the problem and political reasons beyond that, which we have a good idea about but have no certainty. I expect to have these questions answered at the AGM if not before

For the amounts they will have to stump up there is surely no way they will do it n the roll of a dice. Although I still say according to the original share agreement the government have to authorise a development licence if one the TPDC recommends it and two Aminex meet all the criteria of that agreement. The only question for me is on what date will they do that? The reading on Friday indicated anytime up to 2020 which was the only downer in that RNS for me
