Manic I can only say you must have missed a lot of the negativity directed at the bod recently and a lot of it unwarranted imo but I've stated my position earlier about the salaries and rewards and that I find it offensive that while the sp has gone backwards they are taking increases.

Dunder there are times when I feel I can have a conversation with you, other times I can't even understand your words but what does seem clear to me since I have seen you on this bb is that your sole aim is to attack the board with whatever you can? There are some issues I grant you that should be scrutinised but I have yet to see you make any positive statement whatsoever. If you have issues you want to bring up at the AGM technical or otherwise then you should be able do that under aob and as you have so much anti feeling against the board, I really do hope you will be there to raise those issues because if they are genuine then they need to be answered.

I'd also like to agree with Pete for the future "The BoD need to have key objectives agreed annually at the AGM and then their collective performance against those objectives measured for shareholders to review at the subsequent AGM and any "performance" based increases signed off." If shareholders do not keep the reigns on their Bods then most will run away with themselves. There has to be some form measurement of success!

Wryape, I'll go one step further and I will state for the record "I don't believe the board are shit" I think they have let the shareholders down badly in their communications which has not helped the SP, I also think, as I've said, that if we have to wait for our rewards, then so should they. In rewarding themselves at this time they have made a mistake that I find offensive. As for what they have had to and are having to deal with throughout the year, again as I said yesterday, I don't believe there is man or woman on this earth who could have moved this any quicker. Apart from the unanswered questions still to come over the T&Cs of the farm out. The Bod at this stage has my full support over matters with the exception of the salary issue.
