Kimosabi A decision has been made and the document as previously said will NOT be published on here and I don't intend to justify it other than what has been said and with what follows... It is a seven page document with 72 questions/sub questions and will not lay out properly on here. It would take many posts and to much reworking for it to display correctly. There is no secrecy and there will be copies made available for those attending if they let me know before hand. I believe we have covered everything that has been put forward on here and much more! As for rights? there are no rights that I can deprive people of, there is nothing to stop anyone from communicating directly with the BoD. This is the end of the matter as far as I am concerned and I can have nothing more to say with it's regard until the Board respond. Hope you all understand but there is a limit to time that can be given.

I won't Hydrogen I'm afraid as has been notified for reasons given over last couple of days but if you go back to page 17 of my post record you can see my last update to the list 23rd May which formed an original basis for questions. There have been many more put forward in a seven page document and they have been formulated in such a way to encourage full and proper answers from the board where they are able. I have asked that they be answered on a point by point basis or covered within the AGM presentation.

Big thanks to Pete for his help in putting it all together. We have now given the board ample time in which to prepare their answers, so from here on in it is up to them. I will update you on any response I get, although I don't expect much more than confirmation of receipt with the answers coming at the AGM itself. Worth attending imo

There is no reason to expect one today based on what time frames we already know. AGM announcement doesn't have to be made just yet. No imo we have a big buyer here who has done their homework.

There's certainly something that has motivated this buyer. I've been very confident all along but buys of this size and especially a run of them justs adds to it the feeling.

I'm with you Irish, there was no late sell off so people seem to have seen the confidence and responded. I don't see a leak and I don't expect an RNS but it would not surprise me if this buyer continues the spending spree tomorrow. If so the herd may come running. There have already been new faces appearing and for them getting in now before that news drops will make them very happy if they hold. Good luck all
