I'm hoping we might see an RNS this afternoon when both markets are open.
Looks like the MM, s are taking this back down to the price range we started. I think they, d rather the USA led the way and don't want to be too far out of sync.
Mohammed, think of those that bought far higher. You won't be down for long. Gla
Skivvy, keep the L2 updates coming, very interesting
Looks like we are starting to climb out of the gutter. At last. Gla
I'm hoping we get a Stem update this week and preferably tomorrow. Time to turn this ship around.
Been golfing all day, Seahouses. £1.27. What the hell is going on. Bod need to sort this ASAP. Big rns required next week, and not the patent award boxxicks.
Paul, I just think this is taking way too long now. More knowledgeable posters suggest about a month if it were HMRC. We are now at 6/7 weeks and why haven't they updated the market re issues with HMRC. Surely this is information having an effect on the price and as such should warrant an RNS. I addition why haven't we cracked on with the shareholder vote and Record. Just my take but I suspect many others and beginning to think the same. Time will tell.
Good morning everyone, hope you are all well. No update this morning, hopefully next week. The radio silence regarding Stem is now deafening. Very out of character for Tils. Many expected an update at the AGM on the 16th July however this didn't transpire and GC in one of his then regular interviews informed us an update re anticipated vote/record date was a couple of weeks away. We are now 6/7 weeks on from that Agm and still waiting. I don't buy the supposed HMRC issues holding things up. Even if we are waiting on HMRC we could still have went ahead with the shareholder vote and setting of the Record date to move things along ASAP. Things don't stack up.
My take on the delay and the total lack of any updates is that we have a buyer and the details are being negotiated or someone is interested in the out licencing of Stem. I'm hedging toward a buyer and expect the company to update the market imminently. Only my opinion and I could be way off the mark. GLA
I'm a long term holder and expect to still be here 12 months time when the SP is £20 plus,. I am as convinced as anyone some if not all of thir plays will succeed and make us a lot of money, but right now, what on earth is going on with the SP? Never expected we, d dribble back down to these levels. Are we trying to win the most red days in the month award? I'm dumbfounded. Really don't know what to say. I keep going on about it but we desperately need a positive Stem update ASAP to break the cycle and turn things around.
9k sold, 57k bought and we are down. I can never understand this. Supply/demand? The MMs seem to have an inexhaustible share supply.
Another poor day on the Nasdaq. The beatings continue. Timw we had a Stem update
Green, yeah agree out licensing Stem would certainly be a possible. To me as times goes on Stem being spun out seems less likely and perhaps other options have become available whether sale or out licensing. We shall see.
Mark, I don't think our investors would have put 50m into Tils without being very thorough to ensure they were going to receive a handsome return o their investment. They won't be taking chances with that sort of money and would want assurances and information we are not privvy too. Only my opinion
The longer we are going without any updates on Stem the more I suspect we have a buyer and deal is being negotiated. The expected update at the AGM on 16th July never happened and shortly after we were told they we waiting on tax clearance from HMRC to move on. I don't see why waiting on HMRC should hold up a shareholder vote on the matter or setting of a Record date if Tils are wanting to spin out Stem ASAP. Since the AGM almost total radio silence on the subject which in itself is unusual given Tils are very PR savvy and don't miss an opportunity to give detail on their products. If a deal is in the process of being negotiated it would explain why our 50m plus investors got involved, knowing they had a very quick return on their investment. In addition we have had RNS, s recently which are pretty much Tils getting their house in order. I'm sure we, ll be updated very soon but I'm leaning towards a sale.
Stem news/update is way overdue. We will soon get news as to whether it is to be spun out as planned and a Record date set or info that a buyer has come forward. Either way the SP will move north rapidly. Bring it on.
I don't think we are trying to find a Covid vaccine. My understanding is we are trying to produce an effective treatment to provide relief from the symptoms and prevent Covid getting to the life threatening stage. That's my take on it but there may be someone more informed.
Cloudy I'm with you. Stem itself potentially worth a billion plus if a suitor comes in or once spun out around the same in the near future. The value of Stem alone is just not taken into account in the current Tiziana m/Cap. £281m is ridiculous. Are people blind to the true value of this company. I'm here for the long term but frustrated at the current SP and company value.
What value Stem people, whether sale or de merged as a separate company? Difficult to value in my opinion as Tiziana as a whole has a M/Cap of only £281 million. Stem will become the gold standard and Oncotype Dx was acquired by Exact Sciences for 2.8 billion dollars within the last 12 months. If spun out I expect Stem to have an initial value of around £200m. I expect this to rise accordingly as it acquires market share. If £200m is a reasonable initial estimate is it fair to assume the rest of Tiziana and all its plays potentially worth billions if any successful is only worth £81m. M/Cap £281m, ( Stem £200m and Tiziana £81) The figures just don't stack up, worth far more. Anyone care to put a value forward?
Ofens, totally agree. Private investors who would have been privvy to a little more information than we get were happy to stump up 50million plus at £2 a share and they, ll expect a good return on their investment. All is good, fundamentals just the same. Patience will be rewarded people.
