Fair but I see it differently
Nick could have stayed put stubbornly for another 3 years and that wouldn’t have been out of character. It was important he won the vote at the AGM for some reason and he did no matter what the margin . He knew before that the other 3 would vote against him but still mustered the support needed . He raised twice from other sources . The worst case scenario for all hear would be for the likes of BHP and NCM to gradually wrestle control without ever tabling a decent bid ..... there is far too much interest in this now for that to occur

On some level yes but I don’t think the new board will roll over for BHP or NCM ..... if they want greater influence they’ll have to pay good money or someone else will

The only way in for another player here now would appear to be CGP or maybe even DGR at the right price ...... I don’t think BHP will sell if anything I think NCM more likely down the line with each deal at a premium to the last .
If someone was to move for CGP and DGR simultaneously they would become the single biggest holder......and light a fire under this thing at last

Get the elections out of the way and the CEO stuff sorted.
I’m 100% convinced BHP &NCM won’t get things all their own way here.
There will be a wild card entering the fray at some point .... but who and when?

Crew I agree something 100% afoot
All commentary (Lassonde interview was excellent) is pointing towards a world totally driven by Copper. Whilst they print money for fun it secures the future gold price whilst simultaneously stimulating funds for investment.
We are sitting on possibly the largest untapped copper/gold deposits in the world ..... just can’t get my head around the current Mcap ..... still I guess it won’t matter one day

Frustrating when these blocks are dropped on the book, especially when they mostly turn out to be phantoms that disappear before they get taken out ..... hopefully something is going to change soon

Agreed and it also acts as a reminder of the true value here. Some have said recently that they’d happily take 50p for the lot. That’s probably born out of frustration, but would reflect a fraction of the value we can achieve here ..... would be a shame to give it away after all this time

Changing tack slightly
It’s clear that , for whatever reason, that there have been no meaningful results/assays for months.... they must be stacking up at Tandayama and Porvenir..... is this because they have nothing ( unlikely IMO ). The company have indicated that no single hole results ( no matter how good or bad ) are required to be released as they don’t prove up a license. This pretty much gives them the autonomy to release results as and when it suits them.
With Rio due to start next quarter and a real possibility of JV’s on some of our other tenements.... these would/should be exciting times .
There always seems to be an excuse for the depressed price , hopefully in the next month or so, with the CEO transition and elections out of the way, we can finally see the fireworks we crave.
