Q you may be right however we both know Irwin wants this sold and he has publicly stated now that he’s very happy with Marshall and so are the institutional investors.... do you suppose they are happy because he’s taking this to production?

Irwin has ( love him or loathe him) been ahead of the game on a couple of occasions.... does this indicate he’s expecting KM to be the full time appointment?

Was just checking no delays ..... hopefully timelines will be more strictly adhered to moving forward, particularly in the case of the PFS.
I never understood the negative reaction to the PFS delay when you read the reasons behind it

NM alone has full sway over 24.2% of all shares in issue ( NM , DGR, Samuels and Tenstar) throw in Black Rock ( another 5% ) and that’s more than BHP & NCM put together ..... CGP unlikely now to support the issue of cheap shares and hopefully PI’s bright enough to realise the true value of what we have. So BHP/ NCM in no position to call any shots here now. They dare not make the first move now as this will simply see the price rise exponentially..... and they know it.
They now have a choice , stump up fair value or simply come along for the ride like every other shareholder. Nick may be stepping down but will remain a huge influence here .

There is sometimes a perceived sense of entitlement with these big shareholders. The fact that they have been completely overlooked in the last two raisings surely proved this price can be avoided. The problem is they don’t like it, I guess they’re used to getting it all their own way. My view is if they want a greater share of the company they can pay the going rate..... if they don’t I’d wager good money someone else will

It is always good to get big names on the shareholder register. However this can come at a price. Nick may have made himself unpopular in some quarters but he has also done his best to ensure BHP and NCM cannot walk away with this for a song, something for which we will all one day be very grateful I suspect
