With the company split into 5 basic subsidiaries ( Ensa , Green Rock , Carnegie Ridge ,Cruz Del Sol & Valle Rico ) other than the Ensa mess surely this makes it much simpler to dispose of assets / JV without muddying the water elsewhere.
For example if someone wants Porvenir is it most likely any bid would be for Green Rock and therefore include the likes of Cisne Loja / Sharug ( I see water licenses pending on these two) and Timbara ....... someone with more corporate knowledge could maybe answer ?

Drilling has intersected visible chalcopyrite mineralisation from 44m depth, including significant increase in Chalcopyrite to Pyrite ration from 382m, suggesting that the hole is vectoring toward potential increase in mineralisation as the hole enters the area of combined Cu-Mo-Au soil anomalism”

The upside here is second to none and everyone knows it ..... no one dare make a move as it will se the price go into orbit ...... the next few months will be fascinating and potentially huge for those invested here. Porvenir looking awesome, elections nearly done , new CEO on the way .... what’s not to like

This is the point .... NM was always seen as the guy causing problems.... he was always the guy trying to extract Max value for shareholders and Franco /Valuestone have simply proved this

I agree with all of that with regards to BHP and NCM..... hence the first paragraph of today’s release
“ The Company continues to pursue its strategy as an integrated explorer and developer, creating value for all shareholders”
They now know they cannot bully Solg into submission..... pay the going rate or move along

What I’m trying to say is I believe Q is likely wrong about production but the benefits of the diverse book are there for all to see

I think a bid is almost inevitable and Q is almost certainly wrong about production though this remains to be seen . However when it comes to our list of shareholders it’s clear that BHP etc must now know a low ball bid would be futile . It’s been painful at times but NM has been playing a game of chicken at times to protect his own interests and therefore ours by default. The chances of us now being swallowed up without a fight (GGP style) have been greatly reduced. I believe one way or another we will start to see our true value reflected in the near future and any talk of low ball offers should be in the pounds not pence.
Not a single thing to dislike in today’s update.
Could someone with the knowledge to fully understand the numbers please give a view on the numbers from Porvenir.... especially hole 7
