Sounds to me from watching the last couple of presentations from SB that the focus has now shifted to firming up the processing route and therefore costs. May take 6 months but in tandem they'll drill Thomas and Cosgrove to move tge MRE up to measured. After which will come the pilot plant shortly followed by numerous offtake and supply agreements. 2026 is going to be a massive year. It would be great if our current funding sees us through 2026.

Update on survey mapping dur anytime ahead of Aircore drilling starting beginning of November. First diamond drill hole results due anytime. Still waiting on the Radio Hill processing option. More pieces of this puzzle to drop in the next couple of weeks. GLA

Jeez, I think i know why the wce sp dropped today after the release of the Ignite presentation. Was Bruce forced to be there. The lack of enthusiasm is deafening. Also, 300k oz indicated MRE is probably a bit underwhelming. I know there is plenty of infill drilling to be done and maybe the inferred volume is in the millions but generally speaking. A long way to go for a pretty below par performance. What's others thoughts?

The key terms of the JV are as follows:

i. On and from the date of compleion of the Transacion, Errawarra and Alien (together, the

“JV Par\es”) will be deemed to have established and commenced the joint venture and hold

the joint venture interests on a 70/30 basis (“JV Start Date”).

ii. On and from the JV Start Date, Errawarra agrees to solely fund all joint venture expenditure

and free carry Alien’s joint venture interest unil Errawarra announces a decision to mine.

iii. Upon a decision to mine, Alien must, within 10 business days, elect to:

a) convert its interest in the JV to a 2% net smelter royalty (in which case the JV Paries

agree to use reasonable endeavours to enter a royalty deed); or

b) from that point onwards, contribute to all joint venture expenditure made or

incurred in respect of the joint venture in proporion to their respecive joint venture

interests and where either JV Party does not contribute to the joint venture

expenditure its joint venture interest will dilute in accordance with the formulae set

out in the Elizabth Hill JV Agreement or Pinderi Hills JV Agreement (as the case may

be).

Ahead of schedule are always nice words to hear. Also, disclosure of historic drill holes UDG84 and UDG85 along with AG33 showing stro g evidence that this EH shoot travels way deeper than the 102m stope. Great news. Very interested in those 2 drill holes. Also, looking forward to the AC drilling commencing in 3 weeks. I suspect that will show further high-grade grade silver continuation which will add lots of oz to a mre. GLA

Yes, further positive tones coming from the man recently dipping into his own pocket with wce shares.

Also, wouldn't be surprised to get at least an inferred 2012 JORC in place by the end of the year. Even if its just for the 6 near surface lobes it will be a few million oz. By the time we are selling into the market each 1m oz could be worth upto $100m. $80m gross. 30% of that gives us $24m gross per 1moz. Potential is, they'll be 10s of millions oz. Damn. Get this beast unlocked.

this was from the last han**** rns, showing that the results of the pxrf were used to determine the increase of 27mt exploration potential of han****.

i can't find anything on the results of the 100 unknown drill holes. it only says the holes were to be assessed and should have been ready for release in q1 2025. not sure what has happened with these.

dav37, we have had all the results we should have had for now.

the han**** rock chip results came back great and resulted in a potential increase in ore by up to 27mt. next step is to get the next stage of drilling planned.

munni munni - 9 months ago they released the results of a variety of surveys which indicated further investigation was required. no drilling was done. since then, i suspect the project was placed on hold so funds and resources could be focused on han****.

all results are now known to the market.

we are about 40% cheaper than a couple of weeks ago. but what has really changed. everyone was ranting at tge previous management and tge slow progress on han****, well the old guard is out.

further drilling results confirmed mineralisation well below the existing mine. this is potentially massive news. if/when proven, this opens the shoot at depth. eh is a vein structure silver deposit. very nuggerty. not all drills will hit 1000g/t. we just need to see that the shoot extends at depth and that is what hole 5 indicates. this thing could go down for several hundred metres. if you think it has a chance then 0.16 looks a great buy zone. if you don't, buy something else. 5-7 weeks and the picture will become much more clear. gla

during phase 1, we got pxrf results less than 2 weeks after drilling commenced.

technically speaking, we could have some early indications in 5-7 weeks.

i'm hopeful of getting a nice surprising han**** update before then with further approvals or a completed dfs or something. could drop anytime and is long overdue.

base jumper, sounds a little more like baseless ranter. you've clearly been stung a few times and have taken aim at rs. i think you give him too much credit. sounds like a lot of hard work, and involving as many people as he is doing, keeping it all under wraps for such a long period of time without being found out (except by you of course). all just for hundreds of thousands when he could just sit back and make hundreds of millions completely legally and ethically. not sure. you have your own reasons for thinking it but im not sold.

oh and for the second time, chris was not ceo. he was project manager. there is no obligation to report his contract terms in a rns. secondly, he was brought in to move han**** on and no progress has been made so why do you think it was his decision to leave.

we are now moving eh along. once han**** starts moving, everyone here wins. oh and rs can already convert his loan if he chooses. £870k at 0.08 so almost 1b shares with 1b more warrants. he could own nearly 25% of the business for a nominal fee that is already pre determined and fixed. this has been the case for several months so no need for him to block ufo progression just to turnover a few hundred grand every now and then. he could make hundreds of millions pulling in the same direction as the rest of us.

As for wce being gifted eh. Investors often invest in the person not just the idea. Clearly, with an oversubscribed placing, the investors bought into Bruce where the ufo team (Guy and Rob) had run out of chances. It isn't like Bruce is a novice. As long as you are experienced in managing a project then you can get the right people in the right place at the right time and deliver the project.

Bruce and Belinda have both done this and now we have them so I would rather believe they have been brought in to unlock ufo and make us all including them and rs a nice chunk of cash.

Smiller, I am aware. Ufo are the biggest shareholder in wce with just under 10% so RS still doesn't have a great deal of power. His power seems to be spread and therefore diluted.

Secondly, if RS was as corrupt as you say then why would any reputable person take him up on his deal as you say knowing he is likely to screw them over with options or whatever.

Directors have standards to uphold and must be seen to be acting in the best interests of all shareholders not just one. Likewise, shareholders must not been seen to be standing in the way of a companies progression for their own personal gain. Whilst this will happen from time to time, if found out it would be career ending.

At the moment, rs holds small amounts in several companies, unlocking ufo would be worth hundreds of millions to rs so I don't see why he would intentionally stand in the way of that.

Just my thoughts but I think the hold up here is nothing to do with one person but more to do with incompetent management, bad deals (Windfield) and general difficulties transitioning from Explorer to producer.

the same can be said for the negative bunch that seem to get energised as soon as the sp ticks south. a lot of conspiracy theories being banded around as if they are facts when in fact all they are, are conspiracies.

rs owns 6% in ufo, far from having any power. bennelong stand to gain more if we do get han**** unlocked, if we do get munni munni unlocked.

i can't say what is going on behind the scenes but it makes no sense to me that our biggest shareholder would be hellbent on driving the sp down and risk diluting his holding. talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

Not a great deal happened under his tenure. He was also one of Guys recruits. Was he under performing? If so, end of the road for him. New management will want their own people if required

will be responsible for ensuring optimal development strategies are pursued and implemented across

the company’s iron ore portfolio.

strategic project workstreams and ongoing sternship corporate advisory role

as part of his appointment, christopher will undertake a review of the various strategic alternatives

which have been mapped out for these assets, including the development status of han**** and the

development pathways for brockman and vivash.

a team of experienced mining engineers and geologists have now been engaged with extensive mine-

building expertise, including major iron ore project development experience with the major

hamersley iron ore companies. the team will work with christopher to confirm the optimum pathway

to moving these assets forward to development.

alien metals continues to work closely with sternship advisers, a leading perth-based corporate

advisory firm, to assess ongoing m&a and jv interest in relation to the han**** iron ore project.

sternship’s appointment was announced on 19 march 2025, and they remain actively engaged in

facilitating potential transactions that can accelerate development and unlock value for shareholders.
