Everything appears to have come together rather nicely and should assure the market that the roll-out is imminent.

Once the rollout begins numbers will improve daily and with the promised regular progress updates one can see this sp moving very quickly to new highs well before Christmas. Those who stand back and wait for the evidence will find themselves having to invest at a considerable premium to the current price. That may suit some investors but I am happy to stay in now, top up where possible and enjoy the full benefit of the rapid expansion.
