Interesting RNS today. Sath moving on feels like the natural break point, but bringing in someone with Nasdaq and big‑deal experience says a lot. Scancell clearly sees itself moving into a different phase now, proper partnering and institutional US funding, not the usual AIM retail stuff. It probably sharpens the minds of anyone circling, because if Scancell gets funded into a US setup, the price goes up fast. Whether they deal now or wait for Phase 3 maturity is the big call. All to play for.

Interesting point of view but I’d imagine they would have announced a raising on the back of the IND approval. The UK bio sphere is a small world I cannot imagine institutions would be buying if they felt a placing was imminent. Aimho.

If you’re selling when insiders are buying, you are going against the smart money.

Surely the most obvious partner to fund the UK trail is the government, through CVLP.

If Vulpes thought Scancell was going to desperately dilute shareholders, they’d likely stay on the sidelines or even trim. Instead, they just backed up the truck—which tells you they think the risk-reward is skewing in their favour, possibly very soon.

That’s a super pessimistic point of view in my opinion.

I disagree, it's absolutely about funding, the data was extraordinary!

The BOD in my opinion are very confident and I expect a partnership or collaboration to be announced.
