Not what we wanted but ultimately the placing has been oversubscribed. I imagine the BDO fiasco put a huge spanner in the works. Sclp probably could have got the raise away at a higher price with all the associated feel good factor of the investor event.

This is AIM, traders are like children who always need attention. They rarely make money because they move from one share to the other hoping to catch a ride. Personally I'll be happy to buy more at these discounted levels.

Yes today is another absolute bizarre turn of events. You can absolutely knock it out of the park but some punters will sell. They don’t even want to wait until/after, during the AGM.

Traders are to blame, now if everyone bought and held the SP would be higher but they don’t. There will get to a point where the end game is in play.

I always find the AGM beneficial with the opportunity to engage with the BOD etc..

Looks like we’ll be back to around 15p at the AGM, gaining back loss ground from the BDO fiasco.

This is primarily because of the incompetence of the auditors. Massive sentiment shift. At the AGM , the first order of business should be to sack them. I’m a buyer at these levels.

I suggest you refer to the AGM statement. The BOD are confident they can add significant shareholder value. TP suggests the SP should be 36p based on there conservative price model. Questions to ask LD at the AGM.

Yes based in the US. I have a core holding of 100k but have held as much as 300k. Just playing the trading game like everyone else but ultimately I see a point where I’ll hold for the end game.

Ultimately I see this as another buying opportunity. I’ll be buying before the close.

I think you’re correct but it may be a reason why some punters are selling.
