Yep the price of buying shares from the US, elevated spread.

I just bought 5K, who knows what the price will be.

I am curious to know what the spread is. My broker is still on 10.2 bid, 11 ask. Very frustrating!

Surprised how upfront LD was in regards to deals. Very positive!

The spread is still 10% on my US brokerage.

I am not buying with a 10% spread.

Indeed, we had the accounts fiasco and now we have Calculus and the MM playing games. I would rather the MM drop the price than these huge spreads freezing up the market.

Matt, I strongly disagree. There also an over analysis of every snippet of information.

Definitely and it appears LD has been able to attract new funding. LD was very clear that significant milestone payments would only be banked further down the road.

Who knows the seller’s reasoning but probably a forced sale. They’ve had plenty of opportunities to get a higher price but I am loading up at these prices.

I’ve been around for a number of these capital raises and they have always turned out to be fantastic opportunities. I added an extra 15k purely because I am not able to participate in the OO.

Definitely some interesting SP moves. I would have expected it to hover around the OO price but it looks like we’re heading up.

Unfortunately being based in the US, I will not be able to take advantage of the OO. I presume that applies to any investor who didn’t trade through a UK Broker.
