the issue of the manner of mr kravitz’s proposed sale of the company will have to be challenged through the courts .

you can clearly see he is fully aware of the legal requirements and process involved with the disposal of stressed companies.

our only hope now is the process he has commenced can be stopped and a fair process to sell the company and its assets to the highest bidder can be adopted.

No mention of Chapter 11, no mention of the SL taking the assets.

I see as still all in play

The RNS does not say the SL have taken the assets .AV are now in a position where they can do nothing but loose their investment.

The RNS confirms PI’s will not see a return, but more importantly also the Bond holders (AV).

IF there is a deal ongoing and AV are the problem, without any prospects of a return they will now have to soften their approach.
