Under his leadership, the business expanded its customer base to over 1 million households, delivering over 400% growth in share price, and a market capitalisation of £1.4 billion. Before joining Telecom Plus, Andrew was Managing Director of Ryness, an electrical retail chain, where he performed a Management Buyout in 2006. Prior to this, he spent three years at Goldman Sachs.
