Actually if you analyse it further, they found an extra $20K SaaS IMHO in the last 2 months of H2 as RR was less than $170K in the first six months (only slightly)

Again, suggesting SaaS (unless there was a one off contract signed) RR PCM in Q4 was much higher (possibly 30%)

would make sense if more CropX and Zero Bikes connected towards latter half

How did the company go from ~$170K SaaS PCM in October ($1.7m YTD) and $1m SaaS end of June to $2.2m by Y/E? Somehow they found an extra ~$160K in November and December

As a LTH this is my focus, SaaS is gold after all (at 80% margins)

H1 SaaS was $1m - H2 SaaS $1.2m

SaaS run rate in October was ~$170K PCM (2.04m PA or $1.7m YTD) - Y/E SaaS came in at $2.2m, which means Nov/Dec may have been ~$250K PCM (will have to confirm, snippet below)

at 50p the mcap here is 31.5mill - thats still woefully low in my view

79p is 50mill mcap

Bridgepoint paid 100mill for hobbycraft 10years ago. TheWorks originally IPOd at 100mill mcap.

DH and GP all have shares at a higher up price, maybe even 50p would not be an acceptable takeover price for them - 70p possibly start considering

all from my imagination but with this double dip recession, something has to give somewhere. I can't believe any of these boards will be sitting there thinking we have to keep going it alone given what the pandemic has done.
