Donald as I posted earlier You have changed your mind almost overnight look at your Positive posts just a month ago. The good news has been added to on Bex. RE... Bex not working In 5 patients. Diesel Is a great fuel BUT Not If you put It Into a Petrol fueled Car. Similar actions/reactions with lots of other Drugs. You know well that Good Drugs work differently In Different Patients. IMO.

Bearing In mind that theses compounds have been around the block a few times. Some have been through various Trials. What can Cenkos tell their proposed Clients/Investors about the Compounds that Valirx can't?. Why has No Pharma made a serious effort to do a Deal for Any of the compounds?. Yes we've heard of all the Ndas.Cdas etc but no Deal completed. Many Deals are done at Preclinical when Buyers already see positives. IMO.

The AIM Is a notorious Market for good Co's to be having to be Involved In. Hard enough for them to be appreciated SP wise. When Good news Is RNDd. But when anybody Close to the Co sells a few It's seen as an opportunity to trash the SP NO matter how much news Is coming. IMO

Donald Where Are You?.. Donald you knew All that Information that you posted on Marku's previous VAP experience and You Still Invested In Faron?. Just look at what Marku and Faron have had to put Up with. Especially from the WHO. Faron gave them Doses for Free and got Little Information back from a World Organization?. The same Compound taken on by the US DOD. As you say thousands of Pharmas In US and all other Parts of the World. Still the US DOD took on a Compound from a small Finnish Pharma In Turku. IMO

Most of them Were Washed out over the last 4 years. Some still here Holding their Diluted to F Investment. I'm Invested In this Co 10 years. Why was this Deal done?. How about this. Was that Warrant RNS the Very Last thing on most SHs minds?. Were most SHs expecting the next RNS to be an announcement of a Deal of some sort?. Doe's It seem to SHs that Any Pharma for whatever reason Is Not prepared to Risk taking on either of Val 201, Val 301, Val 401?. That being the case. Valirx Needs Funds. Before the Kitty runs too low. What exactly do Valirx need Cenkos for?. Is It to try and hold the SP @ 20/22 for the year until Valirx try to Improve the Compounds before the Warrant time nears?. On the other hand. Had that last RNS, the one SHs expected, BE.... Valirx Is delighted to Inform SHs that a Deal has been Finalized for say (take your pick) 201,301,401. Would SHs have heard of Cenkos?. Would such an RNS propel Valirx Into SP positive territory without any need for such aid at such generous rewards?. So the Question remains Why do Valirx need Cenkos at such a Seemingly VLarge Cost. All IMO.

AFAICS Marku Is Not going to be short changed when It comes to getting Value for SHs/INST Investors etc.
Marku persisted with his belief In Traumakine...see where It Is now. All the new different varieties of new Compounds.
I believe that the reason Marku hasn't done a Deal IS because he sees better results each time with Clevergen tests. Plus whatever else that's going on In the background. That's my take anyway..could be wrong. A well run Co. I'm sticking anyway. IMO.

Luck I don't know about all the Investors but I wouldn't mind either one of the last two you mentioned. IMO.

How about this?. Cenkos wouldn't agree to any less than 6%?. Because. IF the SP falls to say 10p (without any Deal being done before) when the time comes to convert sell ?. Cenkos will have to convince SHs that Valirx Is worth much more?. How more positive It would have been IF Valirx had put say a 40p price on the Warrants. Valirx being so Sure and Positive of a Cash Deal In that period. BEING able to Convince Cenkos with what Evidence Valirx had that that Cash Deal was Imminent In that Time? . IMO.

Sorry to All the Mannerly and Civil posters faced with this Cloud hanging over them. I could extend that pity to myself But I have very little Shares left In Valirx anyway. Diluted From Millions to Thousands. As one Smart a$se mentioned about the so called derampers not holding Shares. Wakey, Wakey Most of them Didn't have many left to sell. This Co Took them Off them through their 125/1 Consolidations etc. A few months back I mentioned that IF Valirx Didn't get a Deal Completed shortly they would have to Look for funds Before the kitty dropped too low. That being the case the Management had a problem. Were SHs of the opinion that No placing was needed?. So with No Deal In Sight??. With Cash running out, SP falling. What do they do?. Well for the Moment They try and stop the Fall In the SP at 20P at least..... for a Year??. With that Agenda and the NEW 3 year Plan Do SHs seriously think that the Sp will hold at 22P for a Year?? IS there ANYONE Interested In Any of the Compounds?. Has SHS for Years and Years being Informed that there Was/Is?. BOD time to come clean. IMO IMO IMO.

I recommend that the Rampers read AB's Thur 20.43 and Kash's 19.41 Posts and If possible let them Soak In. You may learn something. Opinions that I have mentioned numerous times during the time I've being Invested. My post was the only post at that time and those two lines were Not In It. FWIW I only hold 100000 Shares In Sclp. I have Never Traded Any of them In the years I have being Invested. Why would I Not want to see success. ATB.
