Is It not reasonable to think that Valirx with multiple Compounds on the go and some passing different PH trials including Pre Clinical. None have been rejected by the Authorities. As far as we know. That Valirx haven't been unable to conclude any decent sort of deal. The only ones I have heard of the Non monetary (Untill Sales) Mystic and the latest FitBio one, again Valirx are paying the most. Compare all the above with the Deal that you have mentioned. Any Idea why Valirx haven't been able to do similar? What's wrong with Valirx In your opinion?. IMO

I like many Invested In Valirx Hold more Shares that the whole BOD put together. Does that not tell you something?.

Most Posters seem to accept that Valirx have some Compounds of Value. Which still remains questionable. No Deals so far of any sort. Where are the positives?. How many times do you need to be told that You All Members of the BOD need to Loan/Invest £1ml+ In a Non Dilutive way for ANY confidence to be restored In Val101, Val201, Val301, Val 401, and This Co. What's wrong with the compounds that you Seemingly are not able to conclude a Deal/JV/Partnering. How many more Placings at Buttons do you Honestly Think that you are going to be able to do with No Rapidly Money Enhancing Deals or whatever In Sight. AIMOO.

BOD Take, Take the Whole Time. As has been mentioned before on the BBs. They Appear to be Forced to Invest the Pittance that they do put In and No problem with the Closed Period. Where would Valirx be Only for SH SHs buying the Dumped placing Shares. IMO there would be plenty of money IF GM and Satu put Valirx and IT's SH SHs FIRST for a change. They need to Invest or Whatever Without any Dilution To SH SHs and They know It. Why not?. ARE the compounds attracting Any Serious Interest. AIMOO.

Invest, Loan £1ml+ , whatever way In a Non Dilutive way. When the Deal for Val 401, or JVs for101,201,301,brings a decent Monetary amount. That amount should allow Valirx carry on for a decent amount of time. Then as the Compounds progresses You can retrieve Your Loan/Whatever In a Piecemeal way. Unless you are about to sign such deals at this very moment. There Is No other way that Any Investor Is going to take Valirx Seriously unless you the BOD Do so. You just have to Look at the Desperate Financing arrangements that have being done Every time with Fire sale Dilution. Look at the SP. Valirx seem to have good compounds, but any Serious Interest?. BOD, not really Invested In a serious way?. Why?. IS there Anybody on this BB that thinks that the BOD are well Invested?. IMO, BOD Must know by now that a serious good Deal/JV/Partnering With Money or serious Undiluted funding by them Is the only news that the Market and Proper Investors will pay any heed to. IMO. That wonder's about people that keep commenting Negatively on Shares that their Not Invested In. This Is not an Oil/Gold Co. This Is a Co that's trying to do some good for Mankind And Yes maybe make some money. Why, most Investors are well used to the AIM and will make up their own Minds without any help from Rampers or Derampers.

You need to INVEST £1+Ml In a Non Dilutive way. You Need to show you mean what you say. You have being Informing the LT SH SHs How good the Compounds are and Talks/Deal In progress. Back It Up Monetary Wise not Words. The same said SH SHs Invested/Picked up the Dumped Placing Shares. A lot of the SH SHs hold more Shares singly In Valirx than the BOD combined. I have Invested/Averaged down on 18 occasions. I'm Not Investing anymore. For the 10th time Invest In Your/Our Co that has rewarded you all handsomely for a long time. For the 10th Time Apologies If you have the pen In your hand and about to Sign that deal or Deals. I may have jumped the gun once again. AIMOO.

I wouldn't pay any attention to It. If/When there Is solid news on anything to do with Valirx we will be Informed or there will be a well Informed leak somewhere along the line. We still need Solid Genuine news of a Partnering/Deal etc. IF not The BOD, GM, Satu need to Invest £1ml+ In a non dilutive way. Remember this Is a Co that SH SHs have Financed to the Tune of over £20ml to bring Val 101,201,301.401. to PH1,PH11 Trials. Is there Improvement since, we await further news. It Is Absolutely Unbelievable also that Any BOD would accept Any Increase In their salaries when the Co Is In such Dire straights Financially. UNLESS they have Earth Shattering news about to be revealed.
