Seems nearly Every poster on this BB has now changed to my opinion. IT's not In your favour to do so but It's being honest.
I Didn't just buy last month. My opinion Is based on what I have see/heard happening over 8 years. IMO, GM only ever wanted Traders to Trade Valirx. Why?. IMO. To take away any responsibility from Him and the BOD to Have to Crystallize any Value for Valirx's LT SH SHs. There are many many more Investors that have sold out at large losses. Feeling stupid for listening to the almost similar updates. The talking to the Big Boys and Girls. Talks with the six, Armfulls of NDAS,CDAs. The worst to happen was the loss of a decent man. Well BOD,GM, Satu, now Is the time to step up to the mark with a cash enhancing Deal Or you need to come up with the funds Personally. NO Further Placing until you Crystallize that Value that you keep repeating that you are about to do. Until when you have created the proper conditions/SP for extra Funding IF needed. The SH SHs have carried this Co up to now. The Only Investors that Valirx have are the Private SHs whatever about the other large Investors. AIMOO. Please correct me If you feel I'm Incorrect In any of the above. Sorry again for the negs.

Were you one of the unlucky ones or have you managed to average down to a more healthy SP?. You have to wonder
how far forward Faron are since that £8 SP. You would think taking that into consideration that at the present position
Faron are at a more Investable less risk position. IF so you would think that /faron are worthy of an at least £4 SP. Sorry I'm not pumping I'm here until some sort of major development. I DON'T trade. AIMOO.

Is to know the Limit of one's ability. IMO. The BOD haven't Yet realised that. They are Way out of their Depth as to the Financing of Valirx. They have been Informed many, many times on this and other BBs. They haven't learned Yet that Firesale Placings plus Discount are No use to Valirx. They seem to have the ability as scientists etc. Worse Still to Keep telling the SH SHs that they are Continuing to Manage the Working Capital Carefully. Not realising that they seem to be doing the very opposite. One simple thing I would point out to them IS. How can you entertain any sort of extra Salary/Bonus when No Deal has been completed for any compound Or any Pharma convinced by any results to take a Interest. AIMOO. Open to correction as always

Yes your correct on the trading. I wonder Is that what the BOD mean by crystallizing Value?. Trade Valirx whenever you can?. I don't trade. I would like to know Who IS getting the circa 5% + on the trading for the last while? .15.5P....... .20P. Am I correct In that??. AIMOO

Uncanny, Where or Whom did you hear that news. I didn't notice that RNS. You have heard It all over the years. Have you missed the SP over the years?. Have a look. What position In the Co Do you hold because your the first to give that news?. I'm wanting Valirx down for what reason, to lose what little I have left. No, but I don't want another P+D just to suit my situation. Which I'm beginning to believe some posters are trying for. I want the BOD to complete the Deal that we were told of last year and deliver what they say In Managing the Co's working Capital Carefully. . AIMOO.

OK Freddie I'm with you. I do agree with you on that first sentence but that worries me. No placing. Hard to take Fred that you think I've little to bleat about. Sorry to All the happy Valirx Investors.

At how much less than 1/6 of 1P plus the Sprat (2 for 10) . Unless one has been done already like one of the last ones. DID Satu Mention that that placing was at a Premium around .6P?. Did Posters, Market, SH SHs, believe It?. Somebody didn't because as you all can see the SP IS Only 1/3 of that .6P SP today?. Money needed from any other Non Dilutive way. Being going on for a while now but SP not rising though. Would have thought that the SP would have risen to 140 at least with all that buying. IMO.

I'll put them In the bottom drawer and hope for the best. Get patients dosed, wait for result. Not going to happen overnight.

Well here's one who took part in a placing and I know one other along with JG. That other person and I Still hold those Shares. Please remind me but wasn't that placing done with Beaufort?. The reason I think It was them Is was my Share cert held up on that debacle for 6/8mths and lost Warrants (Not that I minded) ?. AIMOO.

Surely at this stage All that you are questioning Is seemingly closer to fact?. Can I Ask?. Has Any poster heard anything In the Rns, or otherwise that would Change ones negativity towards almost everything about this Co?. Be careful, not advising. As I have stated before I have Averaged down on at least 19 times and the SP IS Still at the Bottom. Nothing Positive seemingly. I don't want to hear of the latest Goodies 2 for 10. I want to hear of the conclusion of that Deal for decent Cash with the 6 partners that GM Informed us of Or money coming In In a non dilutive form. OR Start dealing with the Mystic Agreement. Whatever happened with the other Dr that they were talking with?. In reality those Talks/Agreements that we were hearing of to me anyway were the only ones that I thought were showing Some promise?. With the greatest respect to you. What else can Investors do to make known to the BOD how badly they are "Managing the CO's Working Capital Carefully". We the the SH SH Investors are as you say Generously rewarding them plus Bonuses. Bonuses For What?. Just take the simplest of things?. Valirx Website that Matsprof IS seemingly keeping up to date?. Then you have to Question all other aspects of the Co. Question, Do Posters feel a Placing coming In say three months ah yes and throw in the 2 for 10 to spruce things up a Bit? Or Will WE/SH SH Investors hear at last of that Deal or any Deal has been completed for a decent cash sum?. AIMOO.

Stark reality of consolidation?. RE: 2 for 10 Sprat?. I DID hold over 10 ml Shares earlier and after Consolidation 80,000. Now almost nothing on that lot?. Still believed In what the BOD,GM, Satu was telling the market?. Foresight. That's what I meant. Compassionate or other?. We would have had some feedback by now. At least good bad or Indifferent. IF posters have time. Look back over the RNSs on the Co website. Look at the many changes of the running of this CO. The Appointment of Brokers, Appointment of Co Brokers, Change of Brokers, Advisory Board, Sam Salesperson changed. Many many Firesale Placings. Many many many more well worth a look and see what benefit It brought to Valirx. This Is my Opinion . Posters may see things completely differently. AIMOO.

Freddie we were all Invited to take part In placings some years ago. I think JG took part In two. I took part In one. AFAICR John Gilchrist was the prime mover In that been done?. Importantly WE Held the Shares.While the BOD's Proper Investors Sold out almost Immediately?. Another thing about AGMs, DID It ever seem to Posters that Firesale Placings were priced So low to Allow plenty of Shares be placed to out vote discontented Investors who were against those Placings being made??. As to Mystic. I thought The Mystic Deal/Partnership was a great innovation at that time. From my point of view, Val 401 was Safe. It gave Valirx a chance to get a major feed back on efficacy very early. At what cost?. Very little?. Look at the Feedback Investors would have NOW on the Compounds and better still the Patients that may have had success with the treatment. Patients that may have had no other chance of a treatment?. How further On are we since that. YES 6 partners In talks for for Val 401 for over 1 year and NO update?. On Val 201. IS it showing enough. Anybody know what the results are on the latest different doses ?. AIMOO
