Would directors give away their own money if they thought it was truly going under shortly? They must have an incline that its all going in the right direction.

I think the new India Provexis FourPillars company will be to support a drug submission to the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) in India. It’s like China, you have to be working with a local company, but that can be a subsidiary of your company (Provexis UK).

I think 10% is a threshold that introduces some regulatory burden, so keeping below it saves them effort. Would have thought they'd hold until SAMR news was in though.

Based on chats with Claude and Gemini It could be later this year, perhaps Sept to Dec. We just don’t know, perhaps it’s minor and it’s next week. Jam is coming but not today.

And Glanbia are on there and they are already using FF.

This means they are now in Administrative review which is the last part of the process. It suggests to us that approval is now highly likely and the question is more when than if.

So when will it be? We don't know, but we think likely between now and the end of April.

Gix, they were submitted as a package on a dual-track, health claim and products. The products can’t be approved until FF is approved and then it will almost certainly be announced at the same time.. I don’t think it possible for products to clear Technical Review if Fruitflow itself has not cleared Technical Review, that wouldn’t make sense. I think it’s safe to say the package is now in Administrative Review. Also we assume that the October Ff production run fed the initial product production runs and onsite verification, then then Feb production is for the main launch volumes. That Feb run should be landing around now.

I suspect we are waiting for the 2nd batch of products to be approved. Then it’s a much better launch story otherwise that 2nd batch would go under the radar. I think that was Onsite Verification first half of Feb. So that would be done by end of Feb, and now in Administrative Review also.

We are not selling anyway. Would be nice if it stayed up though.

The same goes for Fruitflow drug for reduction in Doxorubicin Induced Cardiotoxicity. That can directly help save lives and there is an urgent need for it.

Much quicker routes to drug approval for Fruitflow where there is an urgent need. Leading research hospitals carried out clinical trials on Fruitflow and highlighted the urgent and unmet need for it. That’s the urgency evidence required to go down that much quicker path.

It’s my belief that the 8 clinical trials are not just for SAMR Blue Hat, they have been doing a dual-track approach to also cover a NMPA application.

Under new rules, a top tier hospital (like those involved) can request it on an emergency basis. That would take about a month or so. The the product can be Fast-tracked down the Botanical drug route and be completed in 18 months.

The application to be a drug would see a further re-rating of PXS and acceptance/approval as a drug would be absolutely massive compared to VDS market. That’s our goal here.

The mechanisms to allow this are now in place (as of this year) and it seems likely that it’s just a matter of time.

These folks are the ones that will be tasked with reducing stroke as part of HC2030. That's likely why they are studying it. So it's great news that the results were very positive.
