We have several ways in which there could be transformational news at any time. Not sure which will come first:

1) Existing pipeline must have some bigger players, as the prospective pipleline is substantial multiples of current.

2) DSM launch gut health with a number of larger, perhaps global companies

3) SAMR approve FF health claim in China.

4) An increased number of direct buyers or a big direct buyer.

One thing I know, we will not get any real information on any of them in the RNS next week. It will be Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, jam tomorrow.

We really need to know what stock they have, when they are doing the next FF run and how they intend to fund it in the absence of any large sales.

I like how these articles keep saying it’s a big industry and FF is expected to develop the industry. And as we know from other articles, BH have a large number of multinational supplement and food/beverage companies signed up to take on FF. Also Ershang Meat Co. We just need SAMR to approve it and the registration of products.

23/24 Q4 could be a bit lower than we expect, as they may only include fully completed orders/sales. Whereby we are counting them in Q3 results.

The profit share to DSM stepped down on Jan 01st, so that should help a little.

There is a chance that Ershang Meat Co Ltd are ordering FF for beef tenderisation of their sausage meat. Not sure we’ll ever know.

I doubt PXS will share the results of each income stream. I.e how much we get from BH and how much from DSM etc.

The revenue for last year should be around £1.2m for FF sales, plus £165k for FF+ sales. So perhaps around £1.35m total.

The final quarter would be an improved profit share.

It will be interesting to see how this financial year is going. Oriri will likely have ordered. Purple Labs will have ordered an an increased amount, as they need to meet increased demand and now have increased amount of FF in their product. The Optimum Nutrition order may have been in this financial year too. Then there has been another couple of products that we found recently. At the same time we lost a couple of GNC products when GNC.ie went into administration. Hoping something is brewing for Sirco, but not seen anything since the awards.

We know from previous Gix articles that FF will become the platform for BH Cardiovascular/Heart-Heatlh products.

BH have sold 70K of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health products on Taoboa.

Tens of millions investment will likely be Chinese RMB, so just millions of USD. They don't specify, but I assume that's what it is.

That’s my take Gix, they have spent yearss creating this process and the interest has been low despite the opportunity it presents.
