My comment earlier is just a recognition that there’s no approval however Generally if the credit committee approve, it gets approved at board level , otherwise what’s the point of the credit committee, they should have held off posting an rns until it’s got that full approval, this has just given ammunition to naysayers

I probably wouldn't expect an RNS so soon, they were expecting "Draft" documentation so the lawyers will have to give it a once over to ensure all is in order prior to any agreement, then they will put an RNS out once agreed.

Its a great opportunity so lets hope new investors recognise this possible multi bagger
