I agree. There’s many more positives in this update. Correct me if I’m wrong but having shares and an option to exercise at 150% of the share price is very positive for BHs. This was not on previous updates

I personally think it is positive. think of it like this - MTMY are trying to get BH on board. Theres been some bad blood between the two due to payments owed etc and MTMY are working on rectifying this and coming to a better solution. Yes 0.5% additional interest will be due but the fact that they recognise this and have said this will be paid to the appropriate BHs shows they want to work with them and show them confidence. I think its a positive sign IMO
