Very well headed post and good analysis. Fully agreed with your thoughts. I remember Tim mentioned in 2016 that a deal could be within a year. So probably they learned the lesson of that statement and this time will make a statement only after the completion of the deal.

Many thanks for your thoughtful post. Yes Tim needs to take note of his action and previous word "a deal with a year in 2016". So show us you can make a deal as you are a very clever scientist and have wonderful product in current climate.

I fully agree with about the CEO. It will be total disaster to remove IF and bring somebody from outside to make a deal. Hope those minority will not succeed and also probably has not enough share holder support. I am going to strongly support IF to get a deal with By-Health.

Thanks for your thoughtful response. I agree that the news of China will fly the PXS, which was shown with the recent China news. My doubt is that it will be picked by By-Health or somebody else before it will hit the prospective share price. It is always to have a nice and constructive discussion from either side of the fence. However it is not nice to attack people and pick up spelling correction as some people do here (not you gixer).

Fully agreed with your thoughts about what is mentioned in the report. I have a strong believe that we will be bought long before the full potential of fruitflow is exploited. A lots of share holder will agree below 10p a share. I am not sure what SL is thinking about his significant interest in PXS. My personal view is that we should hold it till the full potential of fruitflow is exploited as we have been holding so long and missed the last 22p spike. Those people who are too busy to check the spelling probably do not have any clue about whatever mentioned in the last PXS report.

Many thanks for your thoughtful and well informed views. Fully agreed with you that we need to keep the pressure on the BOD to make a deal in 2021. I remember very vividly when Tim clearly mentioned a deal would be done within a year and the year was 2016. So if can make a deal by 2021 then it is just 5 years late just half a decade. It will be not nice the repetition VAL's scenario here where two arrogant directors were forced out by a group of share holders.
