Thoth2 is probably bailed out at 9P and enjoying the sun onboard his yatch. Anyway let him/her enjoy and he/she is going to regret when SAR will close a super deal.

I agree with your thoughts. Few of us built a significant % of SAR and all of us agreed to vote no in the consolidation. I do not think TM needs to look what happened in VAL, no need to go too far.

It will be no vote from few of us. Few of us built a significant amount of SAR holding in last 12years and we agreed that the proposed consolidation is not best interest of LTH. There must be some hidden agenda here like VAL. We also highlight TM the fate of Satu and George of VAL who kept on bluffing the simple investors like us. No big boys like PH could not save them. So be careful what you are doing and you no need to go too far to get a reference case.

Thanks for the very informative post. Any thought why SAR missed the COVID boat? Does it mean that it is not as good as TM thought and does not want to pursue further? It is beyond believe that not a single from them since August regarding COVID. There must be something bad and they want to delay as long as they can.

I do not think these are normal trading. It is the similar pattern like previous, which is probably share transfer.

Fully agreed. Few of us built up a significant holding of SAR over last 12 years. All of us agreed that we will vote no if there is no very good sweetener attached to the consolidation such as deferred share scheme or warrants at very good reduced price. We do not want to be like VAL.
