Just making the point I am basically a value investor but do take punts on other indicators. I get tired of research and occasionally forget an investment such as feet or BGEO in the hope value will show-as in your 3/4 year time frame rather than agonizing on a short time framne.

But my point is that intrinsic value is not a reason for investing when information in the market can affect sp of companies so much. You need to be sure of both value in a broader sense and market forces as dictated by current perceptions. I am not averse to investing on intrinsic value as most hope can be expected there but at one point the intrinsic value of GBG and ACSO would have been within all your criteria for a good investment and subsequently the sustainability of the business has been the decisive SP mover.
