My shares are with Halifax Share Dealing too. No option to vote yet and wasn't able to vote at the AGM (no option). Let me know how you get on with your email, I will contact Halifax on Monday. Thanks.
As I've said before, the Eleva Capital short of 1.66% has puzzled me. Why would they increase on 9/12/13/14 June with share price under 35p and on 14 June when share price was 33p. What do they know or think they know?
Not falling back as it did yesterday at this time. Think people were selling for fear of the RNS's this morning. Must confess I was a bit worried but want to hold medium term, that's the plan anyway! Almost bought more this morning after seeing directors buys, but didn't. Don't think we'll see 25p again, but you never know.

"Seems the Q1 trading update is overdue as well." They posted a brief paragraph at the end of their RNS of 22 June -Result of AGM and Update on Trading - no figures etc, see below. Are we expecting a fuller update or not? Thanks.
'Update on Trading
The Group's execution of its Back to growth strategy continues apace and guidance remains unchanged from that issued previously in May, with an expectation to return to profitable growth in the second half of the financial year as a result of the anticipated benefits from investments being made across price, product and proposition. This is expected to improve Adjusted EBITDA year on year and the Group continues to focus on maintaining its strong balance sheet."

What do you mean? Shareholders can't do anything at the moment can they? Wouldn't Revb have taken legal advice?
"One thing worries me, BH asked SH to do nothing for the moment, that could leave the door open to a legal challenge from BOO"
WolfofWarks & T4G
That’s very fair-minded of you both
“So RevB holders at this point can still enjoy their investment in the company. I assume that if Boohoo did ever mount a takeover challenge it will hopefully at a decent more palatable price for the shareholders.”
“With revb likely to relist and Boo hopefully conscious of their poor corporate image, I'd hope they would go about a full takeover in the right way, should it happen.”
Thank you Jeremy Schwartz. Up at 7 again tomorrow for the lifting of suspension RNS 🤞🤞🤞
Urraca,
I’m with Halifax Share Dealing and didn’t receive a corporate action notice either, so was unable to vote. Wonder how many others with nominee accounts were unable to vote for the same reason.
“404x, there are 309.74 million shares in RevB. 89.216 voted for Bob not to be re-elected. That is just under 29% of shareholders. For whatever reason, no corporate action was indicated by my nominee brokers (Barclays) so I was unable to cast a vote - which would certainly not have been in support of Boo. So I believe Jeremy made the correct decision.”
