Buying now won't count for general meeting on 7th August - when was the record date for voting? Can't see it in their RNS of 10 July and can't get into their website www.revolutionbeautyplc.com Their plc website just takes you into pdf docs!
2,500,000 went through an hour ago as a sell. Not in here at the moment, sold with a small loss a while ago. May buy a few before the trading update next Wednesday.
Hope PIs who voted against before HL etc cancelled all votes (to change the BOD recommendations) know that they need to re-vote! Hope the phone votes are definitely put through (I would rather had voted online than by phone). It's all been a bit of a mess!

Glad you got there in the end!
"Have managed to send my vote against all resolutions....this clandestine email was, I imagine, akin to an illegal transaction on the darkweb, but i got there in the end..50k against."
Hosai
Re PI votes, Bob, Matthew, Derek and Jeremy have 0.75% in total, don't know what percentage of PIs that is. I have 143,445 - some from before suspension but most of them bought after suspension (down on most of those right now but have a small profit overall!). Think there's some posters on here with large holdings, remember one saying he had more than Bob. Would be interesting if any other posters are prepared to tell us how many shares they have (or approximately), especially those with large holdings, to see what percentages we come up with.

I've just voted against all resolutions with Halifax Share Dealing. I spoke to a very helpful guy on the ISA team who put my votes (both share dealing account and ISA account) through to their "voting team" whilst I was still on the phone. He didn't know the procedure at first, which made me think that not many PIs had rang them to vote! No possibility to vote on line with Halifax so you have to ring them. For anybody else with the Halifax, I rang them on 0345 722 5525 and choice option 2 as most of my shares are in my ISA account. I asked them to vote on my behalf for all shares in BOTH of my accounts. Hope this helps.
Bonkle:
You previously said "Just emailed Halifax/Bank of Scotland to ask for my vote to be sent to my account...will vote against BooHoo." How did you get on with your email? You may have to ring in and vote again if the Halifax cancelled/resubmitted the resolutions (see other peoples comments on here re HL, IG, etc.)
"Boo need to come out and say what their plans are for the business (as bob openly asked them them too) at least then PIs minds would be put at rest. The fact they haven't is the only bit im worried about..."
Totally agree, this is my worry too.
Silverlight - I agree. My guess is their plan is to keep the share price as low as possible till they control the board and work out how they can get it as cheap as possible. Their leaking stuff - "drafting a letter to the AIM regulatory authorities" (worrying shareholders) and "considering requisitioning a second extraordinary general meeting" on Sunday and today "Revolution CEO would quit as part of Boohoo peace deal", to show us that they're in the driving seat (hopefully they're not). Probably another leak tomorrow!
Rang Halifax share dealing who said that I need to ring between 8 and 4.30 when someone will take down my vote on the phone! Will ring them tomorrow.
smythsmoneybox - some people have voted through IG on here, sure someone will help you.
