lol! made my first purchase here at 402p after i sold shares in M&S at the high of the day. what to make of those trades showing after the close? over 3 million shares!

@ 321p..the day's high.

317.40p + 4p a well earned 4p rise. onwards and upwards.

crap day. seems that the market mafia didn't want the SP getting above 314.5p. alot of other shares up today off the earlier lows except this dog.

i figure the drop at the open today was in sync with poor Next results. hopefully SP recovers today to around 325p(ish). good buying op today.

it seems that MMs opened this with a gap down at 319p. hopefully a repeat of a couple of days ago when SP recovered 15p. then again..

got a new router free of charge from TT last week after old one failed to connect to my main computer. their call centre appears to be in India. they had to do a line test even though i knew it was working fine as old router i kept still worked. router i got was a newer model (HG633). vs HG533. it has a TV light and just 1 LAN light vs 4 on the older model. The TV light is on when Youview box is connected to the router.

next support around 186p but could go lower of course esp. on big market sell-off.

same. sold yesterday to breakeven. although POG is up today the USD fell after the weak US jobs numbers came out then for a reason unknown to me reversed. so will POG pull back and take RRS with it? could see the USD fall in the coming days and take POG higher now that a rate hike is likely off the table for september. but who knows! made gains elsewhere today so not too disappointed with my sale of RRS. i nearly bought back. was hoping it would fall a bit further than 7350..

shorty over on the iii board just posted he not sure what caused the buying this morning. maybe oil rising the most in 3 months yesterday? d'oh! on seeing the rise he doubled his holding. mmmmmm better to have bought before the rise don't you think? will the rise be consolidated today? shorty thinks so. but oil looks to be pulling back a bit now. mmmmmm

not much volume today if you take out the large UT trade. Hopefully buyer will be back tomorrow after oil had its best day in about 3 months..(up nearly 6% off today's lows!). Got a bit of catch up to do vs. other oil stocks.

companies website says sept. moved by one month.

less geared to the oil price though vs other oilers. but thats not such a bad thing though sometimes. just take a look at the movement in oil after the 4:30pm close. its tanking big style. hopefully OPHR won't fall so much vs other oilers. could see 65p or under again 2moro.

x5 more sells than buys yet SP up! can't fathom this out.. most other oil stocks down today too.
