gammybaby, british bulls have short signal at 688p so SP already dropped quite a bit from there. can't be long before a buy signal.

yes bought more back at a smidge under 650p which was my target. SP usually rises 1st thing in the morning so fingers crossed it recovers a little and holds the gains.

i think that links giving Friday's close not today's. oh well. copper is up so should be a positive open.

7 pounds+ coming tuesday fingers crossed, british bulls had a BUY signal a couple of days ago at 709.38p but i don't think they saw 666p coming!

yes nice finish. SP perched at 685p before US markets opened and i'm sure glad they drove it north! close above 690p was a good result in my book. i am beginning to think that maybe yesterday's 666p was "the" bottom and from here onwards its UP UP UP. maybe a few more days holding above 690p and more buyers will come in seeing its bottomed.

bought back in today with trades 699p down to 693p then the trap door floor opened :( no funds to buy more so will have to just trade what i have or sell some of my other holdings. at least now i have a lower avg 695p vs 725p before. Think i may have made some profit when i sold on Tuesday as nearly half my shares i bought at 700p. others at 725, 735 and initial small(ish) 1st tranche at 760. i notice that oil is up 2.5% since LSE close and also copper up 1%. got a couple of questions to ask the board: what % of the mcap is the value of oil production? i think a poster (forget who) said production was nearly 200k barrels per day? when did anyone last receive a dividend? was it foreign dividend payment? Glencore was up in US trading so maybe not a bad open tomorrow for VED too. so you visit Blackpool often comeonvog? sure it was Pg3 girl and not a geeza at the Funny Girls bar??!

yes got it now lol. i was a bit too trigger happy on the buy button and got smidge under 700p. i should have waited a bit longer for nearer 693p. i think maybe a bounce back above 700p. but i'm looking to sell on any spike above that.
