seem fixated around 650p..looking at chart, it rose to around this level last October before pulling back a wee bit.

yes there is support near the 600p level but what makes you think the SP will pull back to that level again? the chart is showing a nice recovery with higher lows over the last week. there does seem to be very active shorters in the stock though..

high 640s being ceiling? maybe but i'm out at the moment.. i traded it well over last few days, i made most of my losses back (i think). i bought a good chunk at yesterday's lows (612 & 616p) and sold at the 635p high. thought today might be a down day but was opposite.. a recovery day in the markets, nearly all losses regained.

i had a change of heart after seeing the british bulls buy signal. i like the higher lows i'm seeing on the chart over the last week. i'm still holding many i bought in 690s.

british bulls posts a BUY signal today. enjoy the ride. £7 coming :D

bad API figures for oil inventory this evening..showing a build vs draw last week. oil will tank. i will be looking to sell some VED in the morning and take 640s if its opens near there.

got to the 640s in the end. still holding here.

yes there appeared to be a big battle going on around the 633p level. lots of AT trades. i expect to open higher in the morning and a wee rise to the 640s. hopefully see 660s or higher this week.

bought back half what i sold yesterday at 617p. see where the yanks take it this afternoon..will look to buy other half on a drop.

took a risk and sold half at near breakeven. i'll look to buy back if i'm lucky at c.610p i think oil price may pull back today so will be a drag on commodity stocks.

yes i do recall now. british bulls posted a BUY today at 614.70p. the last few days show a series of higher lows. I may reduce if we get a 20p+ rise tomorrow. but i need 650p+ just to get back to breakeven on my last trade. maybe i wait till friday morning as i got a feeling we may rise for a couple of days from here. shorts won't want to loose their profit lol.

very good day for VED so far vs. peers Glenda and Kaz. it feels like this has turned now. its a buy on weakness for me.

at 12.50 its a near 50% gain on where SP could possibly be today had it not been for the RNS. it could well be back down if the public consultation goes the wrong way. having said that, i'm kicking myself for not buying some at 9.6p yesterday!

oil now flat. copper back down. if friday's gains hold and finish blue that would be a small positive step. watch the herd come back in once british bulls posts a BUY signal. lol
