won't rise until after 4:30 IMO. it'll probably take a wee leg down this afternoon then rise post 4:30 but gains will be limited until inventory data is out at 9:30 so no pain no gain.. oil is near resistance right now.

WTI resistance at $68.06, has to break that to go higher. will now be mid-day tomorrow. need time to see if any break is held. if not i'm staying well clear of oil stocks.

check out my earlier prediction...i said WTI was going to $67 and bang on target i was!! bounced to 67.92 now
