Olivia is attacking the WTI 60.00 support level.

i don't have a crystal ball. LSE closes before the oil market does. i'd be cautious this wee bounce is only 45 minutes old.

support level for WTI 59.00 to 59.30, below that its low 58s.

oil have broken back above WTI $60.00 but looking weak again now.

not sure. too early to say whether or not this wee bounce in oil will hold. won't really know until after LSE close.

members - i posted earlier that oil has to bounce by 2:30(ish). that time was approaching. thats why i said oil has to bounce within the next 30 minutes. there was an attempt but it met with resistance. if you look at the daily chart for WTI it bounced to bang on $60.00 (resistance) around 2pm then fell back. the trend for oil today is now set to down for the rest of the day. target for brent is $68.50 by cop.

shes going down and taking ENQ sub 26p, PMO sub 99p, TLW sub £2.

some signs of life now. the next 30 minutes are important.

afraid not sunshine. like i said if oil doesn't bounce soon (at or before 2:30) shes going down. $68.50 by cop. SP? who knows 96p? MMs could gap this down into the 80s on Monday if no positive news out of opec this weekend.

i'll give Olivia until 2:30 this afternoon for a bounce. if no bounce by then 58.50 is game on. funny how oil always seems to drop just before an opec meeting.

plenty more downside here then?? oilies are lagging this drop in oil. thats why i've stayed away. things could change come Sunday evening. it will be interesting to see what comes out of this opec meeting.

for brent? c.$68.50 next support. maybe oil will bounce soon when if the Saudis talk about cuts. but i think its a problem getting Russia on-board so what chance of cuts at the opec jmmc this weekend? and why cute if the US are going to take up the slack?

oil is now in a bear market. Bloomberg TV showed a long-term chart and said its possible WTI could go to $50 from here (its nearly $60 now). will opec allow it to drop to $50? i doubt it. but do opec control the price nowadays? seems that Trump has more control over it.
