both FTSE indices regained earlier loss. even oil is up a little regaining $40 WTI.

SP oversold. below lower bollinger band. any rise from here could be explosive.

don't speculate about the number of shares its meaningless. this is the bit that keeps me invested "would therefore not be unreasonable to expect that the market cap of the Combined Group would be similar to that of AkerBP and Lundin who have a market cap of c. $5-6bn". 5.5% of that is double today's SP.

today's drop looks like overkill. not the time to be selling but buying if you have spare funds imo. 12.7p

a $300m valuation for shareholders in the new combined group gives a SP valuation double where it is (12.8p).
