is it a foreign dividend? i don't want to receive foreign divdends as its an issue when filing tax return. more paperwork if dividends are more than c.£300

i wanted to buy some on that drop but my broker ii only showed me having a cash balance of £48. odd as earlier it was almost £10k. not sure whats gone wrong, maybe an earlier sell hasn't cleared.
