403p seems to be support for now.

Don't know about waiting. i'll be tempted to trade this and off-load a few if we get a good spike. holding plenty here.

Shame if this bounces wouldn't mind topping up around 400p if i can get some funds.

I can't get to me corp actions page at ii so looks like the retail offer has closed.

Still hopefull this can rise today. not to £5+ but maybe 450s seen on the spike at the open.

Almost 10% down from the morning spike at the open which was mid 450s. don't think you could have sold at that price tho.

If they need to raise more money in the future then hopefully it will be when the sp is at a higher price. at the moment with this placing its diluted retail investors a wee bit.

Recovered a bit. should help oilies a bit today.

Found it. $1bn raised at $9.95 per share (10% discount) July 2022. 102.1m shares circa 10% capital increase.

If the retail offer can close at any time then how are the allocations worked out? they won't really know what the demand is unless you had a fixed cut off time. whats to stop a PI with BIG pockets applying for say £100K? minimum amount is £250 I think. don't seem right if a new investor could apply for any amount and get the full allocation. whereas an existing shareholder might get none if the retail offer closes early.

One huge positive is that the its largely a placing and done after hours so no selling pressure towards the RI price like you would normally get. and the 2 big existing shareholders aren't likely to flip the shares for a quick 10% profit. Tough day ahead for the shorters tomorrow me thinks.

Got the corp action notice on my ii broker account now. its showing Latest Response Date 12:00 26/05/2023. is that midnight tonight? £5m retail offer isn't much. mcap is £418.16m. so whats the likelyhood of it being massively over subscribed?

Think US was already on a watch. I think today something happened but not yet a default.
