Very happy we are invested here, truely think we are in an extremely underrated space with massive upward growth. Everywhere I read and if you read between the lines, China is already reducing export and publicly emphasising they are reducing production and increaseing import of REE, this means they are quietly absorbing more and more of the global supply.
Couple this with well known facts on china's increasing production of EV and wind turbines.. Its very likely REE spot price will experience a huge squeeze very soon.
Let's see what rainbow can muster up with their downstream strategy.

“there are very few downstream rare earth refining plants of scale outside China.” Recognizing its vulnerable position, the US has set a goal of restoring the entire rare earths supply chain to American soil, but achieving that will likely take years.
Nice one Redroy, Glad we have a chemical engineers input on this.
This SA mine would explain why George put in an extra £1m into the company and little progress and focus on Gakara for last 6 months. I suspect they want to use all resource available to maximise this tailing mine for maximum revenue growth. Then reinvest capital back to growing the mines in Burundi.
I'm buying more and fill order at 5.55
Wouldn't want to deramp, it sounds too good to be true, My math works out to be over $3bn dollar assuming 2018 TREO price. Can't wait to see results
My play on the EV and renewable revolution is on the rare earth magnet industry. I feel the EV manufacturer has now become abit over crowded at eye watering valuations.
There's no wind turbine and an efficient electric motor without the need for neodynium magnets.
The Chinese controls a large proportion of the global supply in rare earth and the rest from Australia. Whats likely to happen next with increasing trade war tension?
The Pelosi stimulus plan has also highlighted the critical need for rare earth minerals source from US for national security.
My biggest two biggest holdings right now is Boo and Rainbow rare earth, the latter is extremely undervalued right now with interesting news coming, and has came in recent RNS
Fulmar, it is a great project, would you elaborate on '1b rev'?
Does anyone know if normal share holder has voting rights? Proxy form with details of vote arriving before 18th Nov?
someone from ADFVN Posted this paper.
I'm no chemical expert, but from reading conclusion and abstract, it seems relatively striaght forward for REE extraction in Gypsum tailing with minimal environmental consequence.
It require 5h of baking and some striaght forward filtration. Rbw could be onto something here, this project in recent RNS Isn't the only fertilizer mine in Africa surely.
Would love to have someone's input on this matter.
Would love to say onwards and upwards. LTH blah blah blah

Sold approx third of his shares. Maybe it's just for a new extension.
Dai, I think it is irrelevant who win the election. US Congress is clearly moving towards a hostile relationship with China as they compete to become and remain the world super power. This is not a decision solely for trump or Biden to decide. See Ray dalio's view on this aspect.
Regardless REE demand is set to soar with no sign of increase output internationally.
George Bennett will act according to what is best for the firm as situation unfolds. Remain a long term hold
Most of the time these analyst are wrong. Trust in your own judgement
Got me thinking. If I were in George's mind, what would I do?
Bank on China US trade war, wait for global supply squeeze, therefore material rise in $/kg.
Be in a position to spice up production. Set up infrastructure and equipments. Which is what's been happening in 2020.
Release JORC once we can demonstrate we can have positive cash flow. They have massively reduce output this year as well cost of sale. Still below last year ratio.
By increasing existing efficiency, they will be in best place to release the beast of a JORC for the 10 + bagger.
GLA
They are planning a minimum 3m capital raise after positive JORC results. To justify that kind of dilution at today SP is near impossible. It would be minimal dilution and affect BOD own holdings minimally if market cap is north of 70m.
Note that that 100t of rare earth shipped was part of a byproduct of exploration.
Very interesting update today. This more than paid off for the 5 months of zero communication
Someone is lapping up all the sold shares
To be honest, I don't mind this being a slow burner, not nessesarily banking on GB to deliver a JORC. but fundamentally, there will be supply squeeze in REE. China is likely to soak up their own supply the way they going, their forward plan is massively increase wind farms. China is known to go big or go home. Within 2 years the shortage will materialise and push up prices for REE just like palladium in the last 2 years. As long as GB can progressively increase output and reduce cost to breakeven level, I can't see why they can't slowly grow production without the need further dilution. Waiting for SP to consolidate below 3p for more top ups.
I have faith in this sector.
That's it love it, should be a few more red days while market shake out the traders
Just did some napkim maths,
The basket price paid per tonne was around $1500 in the March 20 interim report. They were producing a 100t per year due to poor condition.
Now NDPR price is grown 30% according to latest update. Let's say basket price grow 20%? This will equate to roughly 1800 per T.
59 x 1800 x 12 = 1.27m
100x hopefully $2000 x 12 = 2.4m
Once they reach the 100 tonne per month, they should be well on way to a small profit, justifying a rerating. Then we can talk about JORC.
Def holding and a good update,
Not sure if this is wishful thinking but did anyone else notice the hint dropped at the end?
New kits will be purchased very soon 'when financing become available' either way their out look is nearly 3x production from 2019/20 level.
31t pm to 59t to forecast 100t.
Financing by loan, equity sale, capex?
There is a possibility GB is holding back JORC to execute on the current plan first and organically grow the company valuation before any announcement to prevent T/O, or unfair JV.
GLA
In October 2020 Rainbow intends to further increase the mining fleet to increase capacity of the trial mining operations, allowing the full 5t per hour capacity of the current pilot processing plant to be utilised. A new 34t excavator has been ordered to supplement the existing 20t excavator used for waste and smaller TLB excavators used for selective mechanical mining of ore. Two further trucks will also be sourced to fully utilise the new excavator capacity once financing is available.
Just set an order in for 320 and continue to hold till q3 2021
Not so concerned they done a runner, if they did, I believe the opposite would happen, there will be alot of news to ramp up stock to offload.
Andonis, BOD, that Australian mining investment company owns a huge chunk of shares and wouldn't see it go to zero without atleast trying. No suspicious selling activity over the last 3 months either.
Probably just sxxt management.
Fingers crossed no news means good news.
