Systematic SP manipulation. Happened in all markets. Seen it too often.
FUD > Share price goes down>sell more fud>stir liquidity>accumulate
Thanks Sussex, so there is an easier way I noticed on YouTube. Settings > auto translate and subtitle on.
It didn't say much unfortunately. It just sounds like Burundi govn moaning about lack of cash flow. But I welcome to hear other opinions
Can anyone help translate the clip?
I saw on the other board someone had noticed US embassy in Burundi twitter feed posted a picture with Dr Pham, the entire feed celebrates future businesses between US and Burundi relating to tackling climate change.
If that isn't a signal for whats to come. I don't know is.
I think MM has linked the SP to base mineral price of Rare earth. NDPR has dropped from the peak last couple weeks and now finding support. So hopefully the material prices will come back up as company stock pile them. No rush for George to announce plans in Burundi, but it will be nice to reopen as prices of NDPR goes up.
8 trillion spending plan and the US ambassador to rbw. Let the super cycle commence
Let's call it free market competition however you want to define the extent of free market.
But hopefully all good news for suppliers until either side throws a bomb out the pram.
422k also printed at 15p half hr before that. Doesn't mean much imo.
Everything is in a bit of a doldrum last 2 months. It's good to have some consolidation to bore out the weak hands. My crypto currency and precious metal trade also been sleeping since Feb. Don't forget, although we seen snippets of what Burundi govn has published. Rbw has yet to confirm resumption of export.
New month starting tomorrow. Hopefully is a nice reset from then on across the board. Been watching the transactions on rainbow regularly. Nearly everyday there is a big bulky buy and mostly small and medium size sells. That should paint a story...
BM, Sometimes ask yourself if you were the Burundi stakeholders with insider knowledge. What would you want to see on RBW'S short term chart for it to make A BIG difference to your offshore account and to send your kids to boarding school.
Let's not kid ourselves. We own a penny stock on the general market. What is the purpose of a penny stock for 'stake holders'?
Isit in Burundi interest to seize mining rights of RBW?
Expecting RNS's in coming month
1) Burundi export resumed.
2) operational break even.
3) expansion plan in Burundi to include downstream processing ability
4) renegotiated terms with Burundi govn.
5) in future renegotiated offtake agreement or additional offtake partners.
6) continuation of exploration and drilling sample studies in other mining interest area.
7) Zimbabwe? Partner with Pre? Further downstream processing in SA?
I'm even more bullish is not even funny.
At the moment, it's clear Burundi wants more share of the pie. And I think this is just a method to clearly define what is said pie going forward. And if possible, sell a cherry glazed pie instead dof humble pie.
The Chinese would in fact rather buy rare earth carbonate or oxide and then add value by producing finished product such as NDPR boron oxide magnet. Its all set out in their new 5 year plan. To create high value add product and reduce pollution. So if the purpose of the burundi Palace is to have dirty polluting work done off shore from Chinese mainland and secure access to refine material then that is good for china, good for Rbw and bloody good for Burundi govn and people. But bad for Burundi environment.
In no way are Burundi official saying they are looking to seize all mining rights from RBW. But only want to renegotiate terms to be 'fair' and avoid exploitation.
Atleast they are talking about this when we are 100 tonne company. Getting the terms right before we get to 10k tonnes is absolutely a good thing in my opinion.
That said. I wouldn't be suprised if Burundi decides to reneg terms again when we are at 2k tonnes output...
But from what it reads. I think we are safe at the moment. And Burundi found 80% concentration as oppose to 50% claimed by RBW. I'm not sure exactly what concentration they are talking of. Again it sounds like negotiation tactic to me.
Bennett: we are going to get to 10k tonnes a year and
There is an English translate tap.
After reading this, I think it's typical African ministers to increase their stake on a special mining company by bringing Bennet to the negotiation table. The last pragaph is most interesting. I think Burundi govn wants to give rbw a chance to refine the material to Oxide or Carbonate to sell at a much higher premium.
The other solution is to bring a member of Burundi govn to counter sign and oversee any export materials to avoid 'cheating of content'
This is good thing as even if there was cheating. We shareholders have been going by their official uncooked books numbers. And if found that our numbers are in fact much higher. Its a good thing to work cohesively with the govn so everyone makes money.
The final solution from govn official as below:
Finally, on the basis of the new Mining Code, the Burundian State should offer Rainbow International Resources a REVISED MINING CONVENTION including binding and non-negotiable provisions, in particular on the obligation to set up in Burundi a production plant for the “finished product”. and not this famous concentrate which, as we have just seen, is the source of all cheating.
I think it's Concentrate > oxide > carbonate
In this interview. Ceo of Pensana and George speaks highly of each other
There you have it folks. Rbw down by 6% on the week after export suspension. If that's not bullish I don't know what is.
Sort this mess out, resume export on good terms of China and Burundi plus positive drill results. I don't even want to think what we will be trading at.
Have a good weekend all
George said in the latest conference. He is working secure funding from the US.
Whilst it sounds great on the surface. That kind of statement will definitely agitate the current benefactors of their goods.
If only its as simple as mining the materials and selling to the highest bidder. We wouldn't have no trade war, no issue with huawei, banning of Tiktok in US, buying up Greenland. List goes on.
Good luck George, I'll holding your bag
If this proofs one thing is that REE is very political chess piece.
Africa is china's hinterland. West won't be able to help much.
Rbw will be fine. George has 2 choice now. Who is he going lean towards East or West?
Or will he cut out 2 supply deals? SA for the west and Burundi for the East?
Short term noise and hope we can hold on tight.
Let's see what the damage is after tomorrow
